Gift purchase mishap
Oh man, I made a mistake when buying a gift and ended up accidentally signing up for auto renewal on multiple orders. But the customer service team was fantastic! I shot them an email and they fixed the error right away on all my orders. I've had issues with other companies when trying to cancel orders, but not with these guys. Their customer service was so helpful and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them!

Sleep aid device purchase
I just got this new sleep aid gizmo and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with it so far. Setting up the app that goes with it was super easy and intuitive. Dealing with the company was a breeze, they were super helpful and made me feel good about their customer service. I haven't done a full session with the gadget yet, but I've checked out some narrations and they sound clear, although I do have a bit of trouble with different accents sometimes.

Kitchen dinnerware purchase
I just bought some new dinnerware for my kitchen and I have to say, I am really impressed with the quality and variety this company has to offer.
