    New bag handle broke

    I picked up a new bag and barely got to use it before the handle snapped after just three times. I tried to get in touch with their customer service to ask if they could send a replacement D ring to a friend of mine who's visiting from the UK since this brand isn't sold in my area. But even after sending them emails every week for a whole month, I haven't heard back from them at all. It's really frustrating when a company with such a long history doesn't value their faithful customers like me. I wish I could rate them zero stars.

    I just bought a handbag from this store and I was so let down by the quality. The material felt like it was cheap and the stitching was not great. I was expecting more since this brand is supposed to be all about luxury accessories. This will definitely be the only time I buy from them. I'd rather spend my money on brands like Louis Vuitton or Coach, that offer way better quality and craftsmanship. It was a really bad experience and I'll be sure to tell my friends and family to steer clear.

    Recent handbag purchase

    I bought a handbag here not too long ago and, darn it, the strap ripped after only a couple uses. The bag wasn't great quality and the craftsmanship was lacking. When I tried to get it fixed or swapped out because the warranty had expired, the customer service was no help at all. The store and the brand couldn't do anything for me, even though the bag was supposed to be top-notch. It's a shame that a well-known brand like that would disappoint their customers. I won't be giving a shout-out to this brand in the future.

    Shoes and bag needing maintenance

    I bought a pair of shoes and a handbag that needed some fixing after a while. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service, so I went to the store twice for help with my stuff. But, to my surprise, the people there were not very helpful and basically said they couldn't do anything. It was frustrating and made me feel let down. On the flip side, I've had better experiences with other fancy brands when I needed maintenance help. I hope they listen to my feedback and step up their game when it comes to customer service at that store.

    I bought a bag from a store in Italy back in 2019, but the strap ended up breaking on me. With everything going on with Covid-19, I couldn't get it fixed right away. It wasn't until the summer of 2021 that I took it to a store in London and asked if they could repair it. Luckily, they were able to fix it up in just 3 weeks and didn't charge me a thing. My overall experience with the brand in both Italy and London was really great. Their customer service was excellent! Not to mention, the bags they have are absolutely beautiful. I'll definitely be buying more from them in the future.

    Genuine leather bag

    I recently bought a bag that was supposed to be "genuine leather" from this store, and let me tell you, I was super disappointed with the quality. Despite the high price and the promise of real leather, the straps on the bag started melting and peeling after only a few uses. Not to mention, they felt all sticky when you touched them, which was just gross. When I tried talking to customer service about it, they were so rude and didn't do anything to fix the problem. That kind of service is just not okay and now I have a bad impression of the brand. So, needless to say, I won't be shopping there again.

    In my recent experience with the company, I was disappointed with their return policies. I noticed that their policy stated that items bought from the sale section could not be returned, which I personally think is unreasonable. If a customer isn't happy with their purchase, they should be able to return it, regardless of whether it was on sale or not. When my family member tried to return the bag, they didn't receive a very helpful response from the company. It's important for a company to prioritize customer satisfaction and offer reasonable return options. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case with this company. My family member felt frustrated and let down by the whole situation.

    I was so disappointed with the leather handbag I bought from this store. The leather started cracking and weird spots appeared just months after I got it, and I couldn't clean them off.     My recent purchase of a handbag

    I just bought a handbag and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how well it's made and the design is on point. It's durable and still looks brand new even though I've been using it a lot. I love that the brand doesn't go crazy with their logo all over the bag, the design speaks for itself. I have a bunch of pricey handbags from different brands, but Furla has become one of my faves because their designs are timeless and the quality is top-notch.

    I bought 3 bags from this store but had to return 2 of them. I followed all the steps on their website to return them, packed the bags, sealed the packages, and printed the shipping labels. When I went to UPS to ship them, they said I was missing some paperwork. I contacted customer service through live chat and talked to Mimi, who was not helpful at all. Even though I showed proof that I did the returns online and had the labels, Mimi kept saying the returns were never processed. After wasting almost 30 minutes chatting with Mimi, she still didn't give me the necessary paperwork for the return. I was super frustrated with the lack of help and the terrible customer service. Definitely not shopping here again.

    It's really too bad that I didn't check things out before buying this handbag from that brand. I only used it for a little bit and it already started falling apart because the glue was so bad.     I just bought a new bag and I gotta say, I am totally in love with it! The quality is amazing and the design is so beautiful. I'm excited to show it off to all my friends.     I bought a bag from this website and it was a complete disaster! The yellow tape inside was all torn and the bag had a huge hole in it. It looked like someone tried to patch it up with makeup. I reached out to them and sent it back, but they just vanished! No phone number, just email or messages. I tried contacting them multiple times but still no response, no refund, no replacement.     I made two purchases at this store recently - got a pair of shoes for my mom, sent them as a gift, and got myself a little backpack. Both things are really good quality, especially the shoes, super comfy. Packaging was well done, and I liked the gift bag. First package came quick, but had to wait two weeks for the second one because UPS had a delay. Later, made two more purchases, didn't get a confirmation email, and the next day, the product was gone. Kinda saw that coming during their Black Friday sale. Still, I'd recommend this store to others. Too bad some people have had bad experiences.

    I bought a new handbag recently and I was so disappointed when the belt strap broke after just a little while. I tried contacting customer service three times, but I haven't heard anything back. I spent a lot of money on that handbag, so I was expecting it to be good quality and for the customer service to be decent. It's so annoying that I can't even use my handbag now because of the broken strap, and the fact that they won't even respond just makes me even more frustrated and mad.

    Yeah, so I bought this leather bag and it looked fine initially. But after about two months, the leather started peeling off. So I called them out on it and they just said, "Here's a discount for your next buy." But seriously, why would I want to get another bag from them if the first one wasn't even good quality?
