I bought a pair of shoes and a handbag that needed some fixing after a while. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service, so I went to the store twice for help with my stuff. But, to my surprise, the people there were not very helpful and basically said they couldn't do anything. It was frustrating and made me feel let down. On the flip side, I've had better experiences with other fancy brands when I needed maintenance help. I hope they listen to my feedback and step up their game when it comes to customer service at that store.

I just bought some yarn from this company to make a cozy sweater for the winter. I was really impressed by all the different colours and textures they had on their website. Ordering was easy, and my yarn arrived quickly. The yarn was such great quality and it knit up beautifully. I definitely suggest this company to anyone else who loves to knit or crochet and wants top-notch supplies.

I was really not impressed with my purchase from the outlet. The website said I could customize my order, but when I got the Zarita dress I ordered, the back looked nothing like the picture. It was all raised up, so it didn't hang right, and I wish I hadn't ordered it. And it was annoying that the customization options were only written on the packing slip, not on the website. Plus, the fact that the outlet sale was final just made me even more disappointed. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest buying from the outlet.
