It's really too bad that I didn't check things out before buying this handbag from that brand. I only used it for a little bit and it already started falling apart because the glue was so bad. When I reached out to customer service, they couldn't help me out with fixing it under warranty. Now I'm stuck with a useless handbag and less money in my wallet.
