Recent Premium Wheel Level 1 Purchase
I recently bought a watch from the Premium Wheel at Level 1. At first, I was pretty excited about it. However, I soon realized that the prices they were asking for seemed sketchy. I did some digging and found similar watches for the same price or even cheaper. What I ended up getting was a Tier 2 "pre-owned" watch that was in really bad shape and poorly packaged. Even though they claimed it was valuable, my watch expert said it was basically useless in its current condition. After lots of back and forth through emails and sending photos, they finally offered me a refund. Sadly, the refund didn't cover the customs and brokerage fees I had to pay. I started to think this was some sort of scam or fraud, and thought about reporting them to the consumer authorities.

Quick and efficient customer service
I gotta admit, I was a bit unsure about placing an order ‘cause I read some not-so-great reviews about slow delivery and unhelpful customer service. But man, let me tell ya, my experience with this company was top-notch. When I was worried my order wouldn’t make it on time ‘cause I had to leave the country soon, the customer service team was right on it. They assured me my stuff would arrive when they said it would, and even checked to make sure they had everything in stock for me. They helped me out with some changes to my order too. I was so impressed with how smoothly everything went, and all my stuff got here way before I had to leave. The customer service team was super quick to respond and actually helpful the whole time. Huge shoutout to them for their awesome support!

Sweat pants and sweater set
So, I bought this sweet sweat pants and sweater combo from this company, thinking I'd have a nice outfit. But when I got my order, I was bummed to see that the pants were super faded, like I couldn't even wear them. I got in touch with the company right away to sort it out, but even though they said they'd send me a replacement back in October, it's now December 15th and I'm still waiting. As a customer, I expect good and quick service, but that hasn't been the case here. I'm not happy with how this has been handled and how long it's taking to fix.

Chicken wings and grill accessories
I wanted to make sure my dad got his chicken wings on time for Father's Day, so I called to ask if my order would be here in time. A real human actually picked up the phone and helped me figure out where my stuff was coming from! They weren't sure if it would make it on time, but they promised to try their best. Guess what? It did come on time, and the grill accessories were top-notch. My dad loved them! I'll definitely be buying all our BBQ stuff from them from now on.

Sheepskin seat covers for 2019 Mazda CX-9
I recently bought some sheepskin seat covers for my 2019 Mazda CX-9 and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the customer service. The covers just don't fit right, even though I followed the installation instructions to a T. I reached out to the company, sent them detailed explanations and pictures, but all I got back were vague responses and excuses. They even claimed they tried calling me, but I didn't get any calls on my end. The material of the seat covers is decent, but the clips used to secure them are flimsy and a bunch have broken already. I had to come up with my own way to keep them in place. I paid 400 bucks for these covers, so I expected better quality and service.

Ultrasonic plush cat.
I ordered the ultrasonic plush cat and it got sent to my old address! I've been trying to fix this for a whole week. First time I called I was put on hold for what felt like forever, then they told me to leave a message and still no reply after a week. Today when I finally talked to someone, the connection was so bad I could barely understand her. Ugh, dealing with this company is the worst!

PowerMic purchase
My experience with the product was so disappointing, eh. The PowerMic I bought was just really poorly made and didn't work like they said it would. When I tried to get help from customer service, they basically ghosted me, eh. They wouldn't admit that the product was faulty and made it super hard for me to get my money back. The whole thing just left me feeling so frustrated and regretful about buying it, eh. I definitely wouldn't suggest this product or company to anyone looking for something reliable and efficient.
