    I recently had a disappointing experience with the company when I needed to return a product, eh. Despite their promises, I've been waiting for over a month for my refund, and the customer service has not been helpful, eh. I'm thinking of taking steps to make sure I get my refund because this wait ain't cool, you know. After checking out other reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one going through this annoying situation. I won't be buying anything from this company again, that's for sure.

    "Icelandic Wool" Knit Fleece

    I was really bummed out when I found out that the "Icelandic Wool Knit Fleece" I bought wasn't actually made of Icelandic wool like it was advertised. Turns out, it was just 100% polyester. The description talked up all the great things about Icelandic wool, like how warm, breathable, and water-repellent it is, but the tag said otherwise. The company trying to pass off Sherpa fleece as polyester just didn't cut it for me. It seemed pretty shady and dishonest.

    Oh my goodness, like seriously, I had the worst experience trying to order this amazing Light Show Tree! It was a complete disaster! First of all, they were charging me every month for some kind of membership that I had no clue about - so not cool! And when my tree finally arrived, it was all broken because someone had already returned it! Ugh, I was so furious. I swear, I am never ordering from that place again!!

    I just bought something from this store and man, they really hit me hard with the shipping fees. I mean, all I got was a simple piece of clothing, and they slapped me with $17.95 for ground shipping from Ohio to Pennsylvania, and another $1.99 for carrier fees. It felt like they were just trying to squeeze every penny out of me and honestly, it didn't sit right with me. I mean, come on! In a world where so many other online shops offer free or cheap shipping, it's pretty disappointing to see a big name store like this charging such high shipping prices.

    Product received with corroded batteries

    I recently bought something from this company and when I got it, the batteries inside were all corroded, so it didn't work right from the get-go. I was really let down because I had high hopes for this company. To make things worse, when I reached out to customer service to send back the broken item and get a new one, they made me pay for the return shipping and the replacement. Not only that, they said I wouldn't get a refund for the return shipping, which really made me mad and disappointed. I've had much better experiences with other companies that actually care about their customers and make sure they're happy. This whole thing has made me regret buying from this company and I definitely won't be shopping there again.

    Oh my goodness, everyone needs to steer clear of this store! They totally scammed me! I bought this amazing pre-lit fir tree as a present, but quickly changed my mind and cancelled the order. They went ahead and shipped it anyways! I was beyond frustrated, but they just told me to return it for a refund. So I did, but get this - they only gave me back some of my money and pocketed the rest! Unbelievable! I even packaged it up super securely and they still won't give me the full refund. I'm not going to let this slide, I'm going to keep complaining until they sort out this whole situation.

    Oversized storage trunk

    I recently bought this really big storage trunk from a store and I have to say, it really didn't impress me. When I was ordering on their website, it was so confusing and kind of a hassle. They made me pay a "handling" fee along with the shipping cost, which just felt like an extra charge for no reason. It took forever for them to even send it out. And when I tried to return it, the website made it so hard and took forever. It seemed like they were purposely dragging it out. They told me they were only just starting to process returns from a whole month ago, which I think is totally unacceptable. Overall, the customer service was honestly the worst and I really don't think I'll shop there again.

    Bought some Christmas decorations and when I got them, half of the items were missing, eh. No one even bothered to give me a call and explain it. The first lady I talked to in customer service just straight up hung up on me, so I called back, and the second lady said she'd send the missing stuff. Too bad she couldn't tell me when 'cause her computer was acting slow. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they said they were too busy, eh.     Oh my gosh, you should totally avoid that store! I bought an electric fan there and it was so pricey compared to other places. And on top of that, the "lifetime guarantee" they talk about is a joke. When my fan had a problem, they didn't want to help at all, just making up excuses. Save your money and look somewhere else!     Holiday crackers order

    I am so disappointed with my recent purchase of holiday crackers from your company. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my full order. I paid for two sets of crackers but only got one. The second set seems to be lost somewhere in shipping, and when I tried to get help from your customer service team, they couldn't (or wouldn't) reach out to FedEx to find it. Right now, I'm still waiting for my third shipment. This kind of service is just not acceptable nowadays. I haven't even had the chance to use the product yet, but I felt like I had to say something.     Miniature grand piano

    This little grand piano was just terrible, eh? It was a super cheap knockoff with missing pieces, poorly made parts, and the electronics didn't even do their job.     Small artificial Christmas tree with fiber optic lights

    So, I treated myself to a cute little artificial Christmas tree with those fancy fiber optic lights. I was so pumped for the holidays, eagerly waiting for my new festive decor to show up. But when it finally arrived, my excitement turned into a bit of a bummer. The tree was smaller than I thought it would be, and to top it off, the bottom lights were missing, making it look all wonky. I get that maybe it wasn't entirely the company's fault, but c'mon, when you're shelling out top dollar, you expect top quality.

    A few days later, I was wandering around this big store and came across a similar tree for way less moolah. I mean, the quality wasn't as good, but the price difference was huge. I realized I had paid way too much for a tree that didn't quite cut it.

    I ordered the ultrasonic plush cat and it got sent to my old address! I've been trying to fix this for a whole week. First time I called I was put on hold for what felt like forever, then they told me to leave a message and still no reply after a week. Today when I finally talked to someone, the connection was so bad I could barely understand her. Ugh, dealing with this company is the worst!
