My experience with the customer service at this company has been really bad. I told them about a safety problem with the bike lock while I was using the electric bike, and I got hurt. Instead of fixing the problem right away, the after-sale team wasn't very professional. They just said to give the bike to friends or family. I kept asking for a return, but they kept making excuses and delaying. It made me feel really frustrated and ignored. They haven't been good at communicating, ignoring my emails and not answering my calls to their customer service.

I just ordered a white and midnight shirt from this store, but they ended up sending me two white shirts instead. Kinda bummed because I really wanted one of each color. Plus, I had to shell out $6 to return the wrong shirt, which didn't sit right with me. Overall, not too happy with how things went down with this purchase. Definitely won't be shopping here again.

Eh, this vacuum cleaner is amazing, eh! It sucks up dirt and dust like a pro, leaving my floors so clean. I love how easy it is to move around furniture and the long cord lets me clean big spaces without always unplugging. The attachments are great for reaching tricky spots and high ceilings. And it's so quiet, eh, I can clean without bothering anyone. Overall, this vacuum has totally impressed me and I totally recommend it to anyone who needs a good cleaning buddy.

I went to the store and the worker, let's call her J, was amazing! She was really nice and helped me find everything I needed. She even remembered me from last time, which was pretty cool. J let me try on all the clothes I wanted and held them for me while I shopped for more things. She also told me about this awesome rewards program where you can get coupons for future visits! It's like getting free stuff just for shopping – how great is that? I always enjoy coming to this store because of J's excellent service!

As someone who lives pretty far away, I always love it when my online orders get here quickly. It's great to know that Creedmoor Sports cares about that too. I just bought some stuff at this shop and the folks at the Harrogate location were super nice and really knew their stuff! They gave me some great advice on interior design and helped me pick out the perfect cushions for my garden room. I picked up two digital photo frames, one for myself and one as a present. It's turned into a bit of a nightmare though! The one I kept is only displaying a handful of the photos I loaded onto it, even though there's hundreds. When I asked customer service for assistance, their suggestions just made everything worse! Now my frame just keeps saying 'Add Photos from your Mobile' and no matter what I try, I can't fix it. I'm crossing my fingers that the frame I gave as a gift isn't going through the same issues, but I'm not overly confident.

The return process at this place is taking forever and it's really annoying. I gave back something two weeks ago and still haven't gotten my money back. The customer service people told me there's a bunch of returns to deal with right now, which is not cool. It shouldn't be this hard to get my refund sorted out, and I'm pretty bummed out about the whole experience.
