Large rug purchase
I recently bought a big rug from your store and it was a really great experience. The rug was amazing quality and it looked just like it did online. The staff at the Bath store were super helpful, especially with moving the heavy rugs around. The delivery was really quick and the drivers went the extra mile by unpacking the rug and even moving some furniture to make sure it was in the right spot in the room. I was really impressed by this level of service and it went beyond what I expected. Because of this positive experience, I've bought more stuff from your store.
Sofa and prints purchase
I had a really bad experience with customer service at this company. I ordered a sofa and prints for my home renovation, and ran into a bunch of problems that really annoyed me. First off, the prints took forever to show up, and they were damaged because they weren't packed properly. When I contacted customer service about it, they said they could send me replacements but not until September. I've spent a lot of money at this company over the years, so I expected better service. Offering to keep the damaged items with a 20% discount on my next order didn't make up for the hassle. It's clear that the online team doesn't have the same level of training and customer focus as the people in-store. All in all, dealing with customer service at this company recently has left me feeling upset and unappreciated.
Large bed head delivery
I was so impressed with the delivery service from this store. Tony and Dario did an amazing job getting my big bed head up the tricky staircase. They were super careful and made sure there were no scrapes or scratches on it. Their professionalism really showed through the whole delivery. I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for top-notch furniture delivery.
Smooth transaction, great product, fantastic delivery service
The website was really easy to use, and everything went smoothly with ordering. The product I got was amazing, just like it was described. I gotta give a shoutout to the delivery guys, Jabba and Kev, they were awesome. Super friendly, got things done quick, and went the extra mile to make sure the delivery was top-notch.
Cute home decorations
I went to this store and the service was so great!! The lady who helped me, I think her name was Carys, was really nice and knew everything about the adorable home decorations. I'm definitely going back there again!!
Fast delivery with great service
I ordered some things, eh, and they got here real fast! The delivery folks were really nice and handled everything with care. They even unpacked everything and took away the packaging. All in all, it was a great experience and I'll definitely be ordering from them again, for sure!
High street furniture delivery
My furniture got delivered to my store on Main Street by two drivers, they were really nice and friendly even though finding a parking spot was tough. I really liked their positive vibes and how they went the extra mile. It's not easy to come across such great service nowadays, so big shoutout to Mark and Kev for setting such a high standard. Thanks a lot!
Cushions and key pieces for home decor
Oh man, that store in Harrogate is amazing, eh? The staff there is so friendly and know their stuff, especially Carole. She helped me pick out some cushions and other key pieces for my home decor. She not only helped me with what I initially wanted but also gave me some great suggestions that I ended up really liking. The customer service I got was top-notch, and I really liked the personal touch they gave me during my visits. I'll definitely be going back because of the awesome experience I had there.
Recent furniture purchase
I just bought some new furniture and I am so happy with how good they look. The Coleridge small sofa, Cythera dining table, and Lalee chairs were even better than I thought they would be. I love that they are handmade and one-of-a-kind, it really gives my home a special vibe.
Mirrors bought in March
I ordered two mirrors a long time ago, eh? The website said it would only take two weeks for them to be in stock. But, surprise surprise, five whole weeks later and after annoying them four times, they finally said the mirrors were on their way. Fast forward two more weeks, and I still don't have my mirrors. And to make matters worse, they're not even responding to my emails to check on my order. So, I just asked for my money back... and surprise, surprise, they're not responding to that either. Like, seriously, get it together, eh!
Coffee Table and Accent Chairs
I had such a great time shopping at that store. Tanka and Mark were so friendly and their service was top-notch. The Coffee Table and Accent Chairs I got are even nicer than I thought they were in person. The quality and design totally blew me away, way better than I expected.
Online shopping support
I needed some help with my online order and Fleur was so friendly and helpful. She helped me choose some awesome items for my room and even gave me some design tips. Online shopping can be a blast!
Room design purchase
I had such a great experience with the room design at this interior design company. The team really nailed it with a design that was not only beautiful but also super functional - it totally exceeded my expectations! I ended up buying all the recommended items and was so happy with the quality and style of each piece. Elliot and Sean, who handled the delivery, provided top-notch customer service. They were so polite and careful with everything, making sure it all arrived in perfect shape. I did have to return one piece that ended up being too big for the room, but the team was so understanding and even scheduled a return visit to pick it up - they really went above and beyond. Their willingness to make sure I was happy deserves a solid 5-star rating for sure.
Mirror purchase
I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to share my recent experience buying a mirror from this store. The customer service here is amazing. At the Guildford location, Eglee and Danielle were so helpful. Eglee helped me figure out how to get the last mirror, which was discontinued. She was friendly and made me feel valued. Danielle made sure the delivery went well. Overall, my experience was great, and I'll definitely be back soon.
Sideboard purchase
I recently bought a sideboard from this company and was really let down when it was delivered. It looked nothing like the lovely distressed cream colour I saw in the online pictures. Instead, it was a dark grey-green shade that just didn't match my home decor. I reached out to Customer Service with some photos of the item next to the online version, and they admitted that the problem was with their artificial lighting during the photo shoot. However, they only offered a full refund as a solution. Despite the wrong colour, I have to say that the sideboard's measurements and style are actually quite impressive. But now, I have to spend more money to repaint it since they wouldn't give a partial refund. I think it's pretty bad that they didn't seem very willing to work with me, especially when the mistake was clearly on their end.
Furnishing a new home
I went to the store with not much time and a need to furnish my new home in Italy. Simona from the team was so helpful, patient, and attentive. She gave great suggestions and was really excited to help me create the perfect vibe for my house.
New bed and box springs
The guys, Tony and Darion, were so nice and super helpful when they brought my new bed and box springs up to my third-floor bedroom. They made everything easy and were really polite the whole time. I was really amazed by how professional and friendly they were.
Home decor items
I bought some new home decor stuff the other day and I had such a great time at the store. The employee, Brooke, was super friendly and really knew her stuff. She listened to what I was looking for and gave me some awesome suggestions. The wrapping was done really nicely, which made my purchase feel extra special. And the delivery to the store was quick and easy, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant.
Footstool purchase
I recently bought a footstool from this store, and I gotta say, the staff there was super helpful and friendly. Especially Helena, she really went out of her way to help me find the perfect footstool. I even casually mentioned that I'd like to know if it ever went on sale. And lo and behold, Helena actually remembered and let me know when it did! I ended up buying two because of her. The store is really amazing, they have such a nice selection of beautiful pieces for the home.
Stone topped side table delivery by Tony and Darion
The delivery guys, Tony and Darion, did an amazing job bringing in my stone topped side table. They were super polite and careful, making sure not to damage the fragile item. I also liked how they didn't give up easily and were able to find my place quickly. The table is really nice and fits perfectly in my home.
