Recent hotel stay
While I was staying at the hotel recently, I had a problem with my payment being charged twice. Even though I already paid for my room when I got there, they also took the money from the card I used to book the room, so I got charged twice. And to top it off, when I tried to fix it and get my money back for the extra charge, they wanted me to prove that it happened twice.

Recent ring purchase over $300
My latest buy was a ring that cost over $300 and man, what a letdown. I specifically asked for a signature upon delivery and even gave them my phone number, but they just dumped my package somewhere haphazardly. And when I called customer service to complain about it, they straight up said no to giving me a refund or sending me a new one. So now I'm down $300 because of their mistake. Can you believe it?

Mirrors bought in March
I ordered two mirrors a long time ago, eh? The website said it would only take two weeks for them to be in stock. But, surprise surprise, five whole weeks later and after annoying them four times, they finally said the mirrors were on their way. Fast forward two more weeks, and I still don't have my mirrors. And to make matters worse, they're not even responding to my emails to check on my order. So, I just asked for my money back... and surprise, surprise, they're not responding to that either. Like, seriously, get it together, eh!

Workout set purchase
The workout set I bought was pretty cute, just like in the pictures on the website. But to be honest, I was a bit let down by the quality. The colour was just as shown, but the leggings were kind of see-through. I really wish they were made with a thicker material to fix that. The top was comfy and looked good, but I can't ignore the fact that the leggings are see-through.
