So, I bought something online and was eagerly waiting for it to arrive. But after waiting for 2 months, I was super disappointed. There were no updates on my order or info about the courier, so I had no idea where my stuff was. Turns out the shipping company they used has some sketchy ways of doing things - they say they deliver stuff even though they haven't. It's just not cool to trick people like that. I felt totally scammed and ripped off in the end, super frustrated.

I did have to return one piece that ended up being too big for the room, but the team was so understanding and even scheduled a return visit to pick it up - they really went above and beyond. Their willingness to make sure I was happy deserves a solid 5-star rating for sure.
