City map for apartment and gift
I just bought a city map for my place and ended up getting another one as a birthday present for a pal. Even though there was a hiccup with the first order, the customer service team was super quick to help out and I got a brand new map in awesome shape in just a few days. The map itself is top-notch quality, and I'm really blown away by the great customer service. I'll definitely be coming back for more purchases in the future.

Recent software purchase
I bought some software not too long ago and let me tell you, the customer service was a total flop. It took forever to get help and it seemed like they wanted me to figure it out all on my own. Like, shouldn't they be helping me out here? I was pretty bummed to see how disorganized and uncaring they were towards us customers. In the end, all I got was frustration and disappointment from the whole ordeal.

It's such a relief to know there's a company that can help out in these kinds of situations. The whole thing was pretty easy, and I really liked getting all the info I needed quickly. The only downside was that it felt like things took longer than I would have wanted. But all in all, it was a good experience.

Face Masks
I ordered some face masks from this company back on August 14th and they still haven't shown up. I've tried reaching out to them twice about it, but all I got were those generic responses just pointing the finger at FedEx. I don't buy it though because I've gotten stuff from FedEx pretty quickly before. After getting nowhere with them, I had to go to my credit card company to dispute the charge. Honestly, you're better off getting your masks from Amazon. They have way cuter designs for even cheaper.

DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!
HERES WHY:
So I had my membership extended till the 18th Oct and afterwards it would then get cancelled and by that point I had finished all of the lessons as well as complete all of the exams and when I questioned where was my hard copy I was told I didn’t finished the course and therefore would not get a hard copy of the diploma unless I paid more money!!!! (Money grabbers) ???? By this point I have had another £100 taken out of my bank account even though I was previously been told by a member of their colleagues that it would get cancelled. I had put in so much of my time and effort into this course only to find out that I won’t receive my hard copy of the diploma which is rightfully mine due to some FAULT IN THE STYTEM!!! And not only did they rob money off a young 19 year old girl (£300+) they robbed her from her dreams and future and for that they should feel ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!! So what I suggest to them was I either get sent my hard copy of my diploma immediately (which is rightfully mine) or they return my full amount of money they robbed from me!!! However, their customer advice team have been completely useless toward the situation when all I want is for the issue to be solved ASAP as you can imagine I am very unhappy ????all I would like this mess to be sorted. And as I have made them aware I will take this issue even further if I have too!!!
