Too slow delivery
I ordered something online and it took so long to arrive! I even cancelled the order but they still sent it out and charged me. Customer service is awful, they never pick up the phone or reply to emails. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
three adult masks
I just got three adult masks and I gotta say, they're amazing. They're really soft and comfy, so I can wear them all day without any problems. They fit my face perfectly and I can breathe easily even with a disposable mask on underneath, even though I have asthma. The patterns on the masks are so nice and they've stayed looking good through lots of washes and machine drying. I got them on sale and I think they're totally worth the price. I'm not big on celebrity endorsements, I care more about how they actually work in everyday life.
Overpriced luxury item
Oh man, that company was a complete disaster! I thought I was treating myself to something fancy when I ordered from them, but boy was I wrong. All I ended up with was frustration and disappointment. Their ordering system is a joke, their customer service is nowhere to be found, and the prices they charge are way too high for the low-quality stuff they send out. I tried reaching out multiple times about my missing order, but all I got back were excuses and fake info about hidden terms and conditions. Can you believe they even tried to gaslight me with a fake tracking number? Luckily, I was able to get my money back by threatening to expose their sketchy practices. Seriously, steer clear of this company unless you're looking to get scammed.
Overpriced masks that do not stay in place
Just like everyone else, I got sucked in by their flashy ads and thought I should order a bunch of masks, assuming they'd be top-notch. Well, I couldn't have been more off the mark! These masks are a nightmare - they keep slipping off every time I try to talk. And to top it off, they're crazily expensive! I tried to get in touch with customer service to see about a refund or exchange, but they didn't want to lend a hand at all. What a complete waste of my hard-earned cash and time. No way am I shopping with them again.
Four pack of masks order
I'm really happy with the four masks I bought recently. They're great quality, fit nicely with a wire in the nose area, and have adjustable ear elastic for a perfect fit. My order arrived on time, just like they said, within 2-3 weeks. Even my neighbor got two masks and loves them too. I'm satisfied with the masks and how well they work. Thanks a lot.
Order not received
I ordered something from this company and was really looking forward to getting it, but it never showed up. I tried contacting customer service through email a bunch of times, but I never heard back or got any help. Plus, I saw on their social media that they were deleting bad comments and not letting people give feedback, which made me wonder if they're even legit. All in all, dealing with this company was a huge letdown and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
Masks in August
This company is a nightmare to deal with, eh? I ordered masks way back in August and never got a confirmation email. I tried reaching out by email multiple times and giving them all the info they needed, but they kept asking for an order number I never got. When I finally got a response on social media, they said my order would arrive in a few days without giving me the order number I asked for. They totally ignored my other questions and comments, and they only posted positive stuff on their social media to make it look like I got my order. I gave up and ordered from a different, more reliable company. It's pretty clear that this company is a scam and doesn't care about customer service, just filtering out the bad stuff.
One mask
After buying a mask from this company, I must say I'm pretty let down by how they've been handling things. I've tried reaching out via email and voicemail several times to find out about my order, but I haven't heard back at all. This lack of communication has really irked me and made me feel like I'm being played. In all my years of shopping online, I've never experienced such crappy customer service.
Mask purchase
I got these masks thinking they'd be really cute and stylish, but they took so long to arrive. I had to email them before they even bothered sending them out. When they finally came, they were good quality and looked nice, but they were so thick that I couldn't really breathe properly, even when I took out the filter. I only wear them when I need to look fancy and won't have to wear them for too long. They're not a scam, but they need to step it up if they can't keep up with their orders.
Delayed Shipping
Hey there, I ordered some masks from MASQD about a month ago and still haven't received them. They said it would only take 10 days to ship them out, but here we are, almost a month later, and I haven't gotten any confirmation that they've even been shipped. When I contacted customer service, all I got were vague excuses about shipping problems and delays. It's really frustrating that MASQD isn't being more upfront and clear about what's going on. And now they've gone and turned off comments on their social media, probably because people are complaining about the same thing. Overall, my experience with MASQD has been pretty disappointing. I paid for these masks and now I don't have them.
Masks for kids, pack of 5 masks
I just love the masks I got for my kids, eh! They came right on time and the quality is top-notch. But, when I ordered a pack of 5 masks for my daughter and myself, we were missing two masks! I waited patiently, thinking maybe they were gonna show up separately. But nope! Ended up having to get in touch with them months later after finding the order confirmation in my email, eh. They replied super quick and gave me the option of a refund or sending replacement masks. I decided to go with the replacement masks and now I'm just waiting for them to be shipped, eh. At least their customer service is really great, can't complain about that, eh. And hey, it's pretty cool that it's a women-run company in the US, eh. But seriously, those masks are just the best!
Face masks
I can't believe how awful my experience has been with this company! I ordered face masks over two weeks ago and still haven't received them. The website said it would take only 10 days for processing, but it's way past that now. I did get a tracking number, but it's no good because FedEx hasn't even received the package from them yet. I checked out their social media pages and it's a disaster - they're either blocking negative comments or deleting them completely. The Better Business Bureau is full of complaints from people who haven't gotten their orders, waited for weeks, and received no response from customer service. It feels like they're just taking our money and not following through on their promises. I'm starting to think this might be a scam - they charge your card right away without even sending the products. It's absolutely outrageous.

I ordered some face masks from this company back on August 14th and they still haven't shown up. I've tried reaching out to them twice about it, but all I got were those generic responses just pointing the finger at FedEx. I don't buy it though because I've gotten stuff from FedEx pretty quickly before. After getting nowhere with them, I had to go to my credit card company to dispute the charge. Honestly, you're better off getting your masks from Amazon. They have way cuter designs for even cheaper.

I recently bought some masks and filters from this company, and let me tell you, my first order was just fine, but the second one? Awful. I shelled out a good amount of cash only to get some low-quality masks that didn't even have space for the filters. That's not cool at all. It's not right for a company to be pulling shady moves, especially with everything going on with COVID-19.
Wrong masks
I ordered some masks, eh, but they totally messed up and sent me the wrong ones, eh. I even showed them pictures, and they still wouldn't let me send them back, eh. All they did was offer me a small refund, eh. So sketchy, eh. Don't trust them, eh!
Anti Viral masks and filters
My experience was totally different than what the reviews said. I ordered two Anti Viral masks and filters and they came really quickly, in just a week. The masks fit me perfectly and cover my whole face. The little adjustable thing on the ear loops is handy, it helps make them fit just right. Both me and my wife really like the masks and filters, they seem like good quality and we feel good about wearing them out in public.

These masks might seem cute at first glance, but let me tell you, looks can be deceiving. I got 8 adult masks and 14 child masks, and what a letdown - the metal nose piece keeps poking through the fabric, especially on the child-sized ones. I tried reaching out to the company for some assistance, but all they said was tough luck. No refund, no exchange, no future discount. Talk about disappointing! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, that's for sure.
Face masks order
OMG, it's seriously terrible!! 😡 My bestie bought some masks in March when COVID started, and everything was great. I figured, hey, they must still be good, right? Nope. It feels like forever and my order still hasn't arrived. All I get are these automated responses when I ask about it. It's been 5 weeks already, I can't handle it. My shipping status is just "pending" - like, what even is that?! I'm kicking myself for not checking reviews first. This is seriously the worst online shopping experience ever! 😭
Ear loops mask purchase
I recently bought a face mask with ear loops from this store, and I have to say, I was super disappointed with what I got. Right when I tried it on for the first time, one of the ear loops just broke. I contacted the store to see if I could get a replacement, but they said no way - all sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. I couldn't believe it! The mask was clearly not well-made and didn't do what it was supposed to. It felt really unfair that I was stuck with a faulty product and couldn't do anything about it, especially since we all need masks for our health and safety right now.
