Two pairs of shoes
Just ordered two pairs of shoes online, but unfortunately they were too small even though I got my usual size. Ended up having to pay £13 to return them. When I tried reaching out to customer service about it, they weren't very helpful. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I won't be shopping from this company again.

Quick waste of time
This website was such a letdown. I really should have paid more attention to the reviews because they were totally right. The profiles are so obviously fake, and those bots are just plain ridiculous. It's such a waste of time and money. I can't believe I ever bothered signing up for this.

Dress purchase never arrived
I had a terrible experience with this company, eh. I ordered a dress from them and it never arrived, you know. When I tried to contact customer service, I received no response, eh. I never received my refund either. It is incredibly frustrating to be scammed like this, for sure.

Masks and filters
I recently bought some masks and filters from this company, and let me tell you, my first order was just fine, but the second one? Awful. I shelled out a good amount of cash only to get some low-quality masks that didn't even have space for the filters. That's not cool at all. It's not right for a company to be pulling shady moves, especially with everything going on with COVID-19.
