5 lures in a loose bag
I just bought 5 lures from Warriors Tackle Supply as a one-time thing. I was thinking of subscribing but wanted to give them a try first. They came in a loose bag, which was kind of a letdown since I thought they'd be more protected. But the lures seem to be good quality, so I'm excited to use them on my next fishing adventure.
Tackle box
I bought a tackle box from this store not long ago and I was pretty happy with it. The box was good quality and lived up to what I was hoping for. But I was a bit bummed when I found out about a sneaky duty fee of $28.81 when it arrived. I already shelled out an extra $16.24 for shipping to Canada, thinking that would cover any other charges. This surprise expense kind of put a damper on things and made the purchase not as great of a deal as I first thought.
Pending charge for an order I didn't make
I recently had a frustrating experience with this company. I was in the process of placing an order, but changed my mind and decided not to go through with it. To my surprise, I noticed a pending charge on my credit card for an order that wasn't even showing up on my account. When I tried to contact them for assistance, I couldn't find a phone number to call, which made me suspicious. After sending them an email, they replied saying they don't give refunds, even though I never actually completed the order. Another email just acknowledged receiving my message but no steps were taken to fix the problem. This company needs to do the right thing and fix this issue quickly.
September's top water themed box
I recently got the top water themed box for September from Warriors Tackle Supply and let me tell you, I was super happy with what I got. In the box, there were two LunkerHunt lures, a sunfish prop top water, a Yappa Rat, a Westin prop turtle, a Freedom jig, LiveTarget lure, and some other really good quality lures. I decided to check out another popular subscription box service, Monsterbass, and I gotta say, I was not impressed with their box at all. They had Fluorocarbon fishing line in their top water box, which just seemed weird to me, and the brands were all unfamiliar to me. Warriors Tackle Supply definitely came through with a way better box for September.
Lipless cranks for ice fishing season
I recently bought some lipless cranks from Warriors Tackle Supply, getting ready for ice fishing season here in Canada. But, unlucky for me, I ended up with a bunch of open water fishing supplies instead - not much use for the next 5-6 months. Feeling let down, I reached out to their customer service for help. Surprisingly, they responded in a positive and friendly way, promising to send me the right items and even throwing in some freebies as a nice gesture. I really appreciate how quickly they fixed the mistake. Despite the mix-up, I'm happy with the customer service I got from Warriors Tackle Supply and would recommend them to anyone looking for fishing gear.
First month box purchase
I decided to give Warrior Tackle Supply a try after checking out their display at an Outdoor Show. I got my first month's box and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. One thing that really caught my eye was that they upgrade all the hooks on their lures, which is a nice touch. I'm excited to test out these lures that I've never tried before. It would be helpful if they could provide more info on their website about how to properly use the lures in the box. Maybe a link to a video showing rod, reel, and retrieve techniques would be useful for beginners like me. All in all, I'm looking forward to getting my next box and seeing what other surprises Warrior Tackle Supply has for me.
3 month subscription
I recently got my husband a 3-month subscription from Warriors Tackle Supply and it has been a complete nightmare. I tried to cancel the subscription after the initial 3 months through their email link multiple times, but no luck. I even raised a case with PayPal, but unfortunately, they took the company's side. So, we got 3 more boxes and had to deal with the extra charges. Even though I tried to cancel several times, their customer service team never got back to me. The last straw was when they tried to change my card linked to PayPal without my permission, causing my debit card to get locked for fraud prevention. The whole thing was unprofessional, and I won't be buying from them again. It's better to avoid this company and save yourself the trouble.
Monthly subscription box
As a seasoned angler, I thought I'd give one of those monthly tackle boxes from Warriors Tackle Supply a shot. I splurged on the priciest one at 60 bucks, hoping for some top-notch gear. But when I opened it up and saw the items supposedly valued at 85 bucks, I was let down by the quality. It felt like the stuff wasn't as good as they claimed. At first, I was pretty bummed about my buy.
Fishing subscription box
I got a fishing subscription box for my grandson as a Christmas present but he only got the first one. Even though I showed them my payment proof and they said they fixed it, he only got one more box since November. My husband hasn't heard back from them after sending emails.
Canceling subscription
I called the customer service person at the store to cancel my subscription, but they kept trying to place an order and charge my card. Even after I told them several times to stop any future transactions, I got an email saying my new subscription was being sent out. It's not cool to ignore my requests and try to buy things without my permission.
Fishing supplies
I was so disappointed with the fishing gear I got. It was a total waste of money and I won't be buying from here again. The customer service team said they tried to help, but it was pretty weak - they only wanted to give me a partial refund if I gave a good review. I have all the emails as proof.
Tacit consent to incompetence
I bought something from that store and never got it, even though they said they'd check in with me again. They say they help Veterans, but I think their actions show otherwise. I'm really let down by their customer service.
Tackle subscription
As someone who loves to fish, I was really disappointed with the tackle subscription service. The tackle they sent me wasn't suitable for where I like to fish or the kinds of fish I go after. And a lot of the tackle was too big for what I needed. When I tried to cancel after the first 3 months, the customer service was terrible. They didn't respond and signed me up for another 3 months without asking me. Even after I reached out multiple times, all they said was no refunds. That's just not right and I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone else who loves fishing.
Gift subscription purchase
I recently got a gift subscription box for my dad from this store, eh. But, even though I asked them to switch up the delivery address, the package still ended up at the wrong spot. And get this, inside the box was an invoice showing the cost, not exactly what you want in a gift, eh. The stuff in the box seemed pretty decent, I guess, but I don't really know much about fishing gear. So, all in all, the products were okay, but I probably wouldn't suggest it as a gift unless they fix up their delivery and packaging, you know what I mean?
Monthy plan with new lures
Hey everyone, I just wanted to tell you about my awesome experience with Warriors Tackle Supply! I decided to join their monthly plan and was so impressed with the quality of the new lures I got. I've been using the same old cranks for ages, so I thought I'd get more of the same in my box. But it turns out they had some cool differences like extra flakes or a different tail color. I took them out to my favorite lake and started catching fish on humps in 4-6 feet of water. I put on a warrior jerk bait and BAM, I caught my new personal best! In a tournament, my co-angler and I ended up with a 24lb bag just using warrior jerk baits. If you want to catch a bunch of fish, you should definitely check out Warriors Tackle Supply! Have fun, god bless, and tight lines!
Pro box purchase
I was drawn in by the fancy pictures on the website of known baits in their own packaging, but what I got was a letdown. The nameless baits in the blister packs looked like something you'd find in a cheap store, not at all what I thought I was getting from a supposedly top-notch fishing gear shop. It's annoying when businesses lie about their products like that, and I won't fall for it again.
lost box issue
My experience with the store was not great. My box went missing somewhere along the way with USPS and it took forever for it to arrive. It was super frustrating. On top of that, it took way too long to get a response from customer service, which just made things worse. The products I got were not what I expected at all. I get that they hire people with disabilities, which is cool, but the $5 credit they offered me at first didn't really make up for all the trouble I went through. It wasn't until I left a bad review that they offered me a $20 credit or some free lures, which made me wonder why they couldn't have just done that earlier. Overall, my experience wasn't good at all and I probably won't shop there again.
Offer for free lures and neck gaiter
So I got this offer for three free lures and a neck gaiter from this company around Christmas. I was all excited and went on their website to sign up and start a subscription. But you know what? I never got the free stuff! I contacted customer service, they said they'd ship it, but nothing showed up. Waited another month, still nothing. Contacted them again, and they straight up told me they weren't sending it. So done with their lack of follow-through and poor customer service, totally lost me as a customer.
Jig Head Purchase
My recent trip to Warriors Tackle Supply was kind of a letdown. I bought a bunch of jig heads and was bummed out to see that most of them were just their own knockoff baits from China. I get that it's all probably made in the same spot, but the quality and selection weren't as good as I thought they'd be. It felt like my choices were limited and I left feeling annoyed with the lack of options.
fishing tackle
I just picked up some gear from this tackle shop and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed. The stuff I got came earlier than I thought it would and was all wrapped up nice and tight. They had a really good selection of fishing tackle and I found exactly what I needed. The customer service folks were super quick to answer my questions and really helped me out. I definitely recommend this store to anyone into fishing - great products and service all around!
