Late shipment, lack of communication, difficult return process
This place is a complete disaster, eh. I ordered something back in May and didn't get it until September! No updates, no word on the delay, just nothing at all. And when I tried to cancel my order, it was like talking to a brick wall, I tell ya. Had to go through all kinds of hoops just to start the return process, which took forever and was super annoying. Ended up getting the same thing from somewhere else and got it in a week - now that's what I call efficient, eh! Definitely not shopping here again, that's for sure.

This shop is so great! I picked up this really cool cast iron cookware set that looks fantastic in my kitchen. The parchment papers are ideal for baking, and the kitchen linens are incredibly soft. And the Dutch oven set is perfect for making all kinds of delicious meals. I appreciate that they use recycled materials and that everything is safe to use.
