    Blade repair for $10

    Can you believe it, eh? Years ago I got this knife as a gift and it was my go-to buddy when gardening, until I accidentally broke the blade like a dummy. But then, guess what? I stumbled upon this sweet deal online - only $10 for a new blade! I was a bit skeptical at first, thinking it was too good to be true, but man was I ever pleasantly surprised. I followed all the shipping steps, waited for 11 weeks, and finally got my knife back in tip-top shape. Sharp, shiny, and good as new!

    Faulty product

    First off, I gotta say I was super annoyed when my brand new knife came in and the dang firing button wasn't working right. I had to keep pressing it over and over just to get it to do its job. But when I contacted customer service, they really impressed me with how they took care of things. They fixed that button problem real quick and even didn't charge me for the spa treatment. Big props to them for their awesome warranty service!

    Knife replacement

    I had to send in my knife for a replacement because the blade got all busted up. The model was discontinued, but the company really came through with top-notch customer service. They sent me the knife of the month as a replacement, and even threw in another one that was pretty darn close to my old one. I was totally surprised and impressed by how much they cared about their customers.

    Iconic knives

    I've loved these knives for so long, ever since I got my hands on my first one when I was just a kid. They're just top-notch quality and so reliable. I actually got one for my son not too long ago, and he's totally obsessed with it, just like I thought he would be. These knives have never let me down and they just keep on impressing me every time I use them.

    Warranty service

    I just had to send in my knife for warranty service, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the customer service I got. They sent my knife back without even fixing the problem, and to top it off, they lost it and had to make a new one. It took way longer than they said it would, more like 13 weeks instead of 6-8. Honestly, dealing with their customer service was a real headache and not at all what I expected.

    Buck 303 Cadet

    So I got myself a Buck 303 Cadet recently and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the quality of it. The main blade was all rough, the springs weren't even and felt rough too, the spring tension was too soft, and the sheepsfoot blade had a round tip. And to top it all off, the rosewood slabs had four flat spots right by the bolsters that were supposed to be rounded. On top of all that, the knife started rusting and getting pits at the base of the springs pretty easily, even though I barely used it. I had to spend a bunch of time fixing it up and polishing it to give it as a gift to my son.

    Lost knife incident

    They lost my knife and claimed they never got it. Their customer service was awful, taking forever to respond to my emails. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
