Freelance registration process
The website was super easy to use, eh, and I had no trouble linking up my PayPal account without having to share any personal details. But, when I tried to apply for a job as a freelancer, I hit a snag. After sending in my application, I got an email saying it might take around 12 weeks to get a response. They also mentioned that my shot at freelancing depended on how well I did on a test they'd give me. It seemed like a bit of a long process, but I figure good things come to those who wait, eh.

So, like, this guy Alfred from the support team totally saved my life with this super annoying issue I've been dealing with forever. He's honestly the best and I'm so grateful for all his help. He definitely deserves a million points for being such an amazing support guy.

I ordered some really cool clothes online and paid for same day delivery, but I didn't receive everything. They told me I could cancel, but I still got charged for items I never got! And to top it off, their Twitter person was super rude. Like, seriously, what's up with that?

GPS tracker purchase
I recently bought a GPS tracker from this company, and let me tell you, it wasn't a great experience. Their pricing policies are just ridiculous, with automatic renewals and price hikes without warning. The lack of online communication and reliance on email just adds to the frustration, especially for customers from other countries who might not be familiar with all the regulations. When I found out my credit card had been charged without me knowing, I had to get in touch with customer service for a refund, which did eventually happen, but it was a hassle. And let's talk about the actual service - it's been spotty at best. There have been times when the GPS tracker couldn't even send an SMS signal, especially in more remote areas like forests where it's crucial. I've been lucky enough to not need the emergency SOS service, but if I did, I'd have serious doubts about its reliability.

Awesome Mandarin learning techniques
I love how Phil and Luke teach Mandarin. They use really cool ways to help you remember stuff that make you feel like a superhero. Sometimes I think, "How the heck did I remember that?!" and then I realize it's all thanks to the funny story I made up in my head. It's like I'm watching a movie inside my brain! Plus, their emails are so much fun and always get me pumped to learn more.

Masks for kids, pack of 5 masks
I just love the masks I got for my kids, eh! They came right on time and the quality is top-notch. But, when I ordered a pack of 5 masks for my daughter and myself, we were missing two masks! I waited patiently, thinking maybe they were gonna show up separately. But nope! Ended up having to get in touch with them months later after finding the order confirmation in my email, eh. They replied super quick and gave me the option of a refund or sending replacement masks. I decided to go with the replacement masks and now I'm just waiting for them to be shipped, eh. At least their customer service is really great, can't complain about that, eh. And hey, it's pretty cool that it's a women-run company in the US, eh. But seriously, those masks are just the best!

I had to send in my knife for a replacement because the blade got all busted up. The model was discontinued, but the company really came through with top-notch customer service. They sent me the knife of the month as a replacement, and even threw in another one that was pretty darn close to my old one. I was totally surprised and impressed by how much they cared about their customers.

VM Software for Mac
The VM software for my Mac lets me make a Windows virtual machine (now on version 11) with no trouble, so I can use software that doesn't work on MacOS. It's really easy to use, and it works smoothly with my Mac system, letting me open programs from the virtual machine right on my Mac. Plus, I can open .exe files and write on NTFS external devices without any hassle. All in all, this software has really boosted my productivity and made my work easier.
