    Oversold items online

    Urban Outfitters keeps tricking people when it comes to ordering stuff online. I thought I was getting an item that was in stock, with regular shipping times, but turns out it was actually on backorder. And to top it off, the item didn't even ship until weeks later, and they still charged me for standard shipping. Not cool. They should know better than that, being a well-known company and all. If you don't want to be let down, maybe just go to the store instead of taking a chance with online orders.

    Defective vinyl player

    The record player I bought at this place is just terrible. It looks nice on my shelf, but that's pretty much all it's good for. I tried to return it because it doesn't even work, but man, what a nightmare that was. They say to bring it back to the store for a quicker return, but when I did, they turned me away because their website had a mistake. Are you kidding me? And they're calling it furniture, so now I have to haul this thing back home, then to the post office. What a pain. Customer service? Yeah right, good luck finding a real person to talk to. They really don't care about their customers at all, and they won't take any responsibility for their crappy products. Still waiting for my refund, but not getting my hopes up.

    As a customer at this clothing store, I was so disappointed with the service I got. I ordered some clothes and then got hit with the news that everything was canceled, no reason given. So frustrating and inconvenient, especially since it was supposed to be a gift. The store didn't even bother to let me know! It felt like they were just winging it, no organization at all. Shouldn't they have a system to keep track of what they have? Basic stuff. Definitely won't be shopping there again.

    Faulty items, poor customer service, expensive return process

    I had a really frustrating experience with my latest purchase. When I got the items, they were all messed up and didn't work properly. So, I reached out to customer service for help, but the people online were so rude. They wanted me to pay for the return shipping to get a full refund, even though the shipping cost was more than what I paid for the items because it was from overseas. And to top it off, they said they might not even give me a refund if anything else went wrong during shipping. It's just so desperate and ridiculous, I can't believe it. It's just not right.

    Just got a reply from this store 3 months after I left my review on their site. And guess what? It was just one of those regular ol' automated messages that shows they don't really give a darn about the feedback. It's kind of a letdown that they say they'll pass on the feedback, but it's pretty obvious they couldn't care less. So much for caring about their customers!

    Online purchase disappointment

    I just bought some stuff online and it didn't fit me right when I got it. I was pretty bummed to see that I had to fork out 26 euros to send it back to the UK. Their website said shipping and returns were free, so that was a shock. I tried talking to customer service through their chatbot, but it was no help at all. This whole thing really put me off, I won't be shopping there again.

    I ordered a white crop top and high-waisted jeans from this online store, and let me tell you, it's been a complete disaster. It's been 20 days and my order still hasn't even been shipped! Every time I contact customer service, they give me a different excuse that never seems to be right. This has been the worst online shopping experience ever, and you can bet I won't be buying from them again.

    In-store return issue

    Don't even bother trying to make returns in person at this store - I've had the same issues twice already and it's really starting to bug me. It's so annoying to be told they can only give store credit because of technical glitches, especially when it takes forever to fix. After dealing with this mess twice, I'll definitely think twice about shopping here again.

    Dress cancelled, lipbalms shipped

    I had a bit of a rough time with this company recently. I ordered a dress and some lipbalms, but then out of nowhere, they cancelled the dress without telling me. On top of that, they shipped the lipbalms right away without mentioning the dress problem. When I tried to cancel the lipbalm order because I didn't want it anymore (especially after using a discount coupon), I was told it was too late since it had already been shipped. But it didn't stop there - they also changed the final amount, took away my coupon discount, and added shipping charges, even though the lipbalms were basically free with the coupon. The lack of communication and understanding from the company was really frustrating and disappointing. It just didn't seem fair to punish the customer for an issue that wasn't their fault, like running out of stock suddenly, especially when the website still showed the item as available. The customer support I dealt with was unhelpful and didn't offer any solutions to fix the problem. All in all, I was left feeling unsatisfied and unappreciated as a customer.

    Online order nightmare

    I recently placed an order online with this store for some items that were in stock. But then a few days later, I got an email saying that they couldn't fulfill part of my order because the items were suddenly "not available." This happens a lot, especially with the stuff I was really excited about. It's frustrating and kind of a letdown, especially when I'm shopping for gifts. Plus, the quality of some of the stuff I got was really bad. One corset top I bought was so poorly made that I couldn't even wear it. And the customer service wasn't great either, just generic responses that didn't really help with my issues. So overall, I'd say it's better to steer clear of this store and suggest that other folks, especially teens, shop somewhere else.

    Shoes ordered in size 9

    I recently ordered myself a pair of shoes in size 9 from this store, thinking it would be a nice new addition to my collection. But, when the package finally arrived, I was pretty surprised to see that they had sent me a size 7 instead. Pretty frustrating stuff, gotta say. Now I have to deal with the whole hassle of sending them back and waiting for the right size to come in. Seems like this mix-up happens to a lot of folks based on the other reviews I've seen. Wish I had known about this before making my order. Overall, this whole ordeal has left me feeling let down and just plain inconvenienced.

    Preorder cancelled without notice

    I just preordered something from this store, and then they went and cancelled my order without even letting me know weeks later. I mean, I jumped on that order as soon as the item was up on their site, and now I've got nothing while people who ordered way later than me already have their stuff.     Online order mix-up

    So, I figured I'd try my luck and buy a sweet little sweater online. Well, that was a huge mistake. When the package finally arrived, I tore it open with excitement, only to see they sent me a totally different sweater! What a disaster!     Difficult and frustrating process

    I recently tried to place an order online and it was a real nightmare, eh? I got a confirmation email for my purchase, then another one asking for my PayPal info, like seriously? I tried to reach out to them, but there was no phone number to call, which I thought was pretty ridiculous, you know? After waiting 72 hours for a response, they ended up cancelling my order, total bummer, eh? Then on their site, they told me to email a different address - total cowboys, eh? Where's my trusty horse Tonto when I need him, eh?

    Two pairs of jeans, sizes mixed up

    So, here's the thing. I bought my son two pairs of jeans from Urban Outfitters, right? And they messed up by sending the wrong size for one of them. I was pretty bummed about it, but I reached out to their customer service team, and they said they would fix it by sending me a return label for the wrong pair and sending out the right size. I sent the pants back right away, expecting it to be sorted quickly. But then they told me it could take up to two weeks to get the correct size to me. I was not thrilled about that at all, and it really made the whole experience pretty frustrating, you know?

    Item received wrong color

    I recently bought something online and when it arrived, it was the wrong color. Not only that, but the tags were wrong too. I got in touch with customer service for help, and they said they'd send a replacement, make sure the tags were right, and send me the correct item. But, I was let down when another wrong item showed up two weeks later. When I called again, they told me there was nothing they could do and asked me to return the wrong item. This whole thing really frustrated me and I was not happy with the service at all.

    After that mess, I decided to try placing another order. But after waiting for 9 days with no updates, I contacted customer service for an update. They told me my order wasn't complete because they needed more payment info. I was surprised because I hadn't heard anything about this issue before. Now I'm not sure if they'll finish the order since the items I wanted may not be available anymore.

    Overall, my experience with customer service was really disappointing and left me feeling frustrated. Because of all this, I don't recommend shopping from this retailer.
