    Faulty items, poor customer service, expensive return process

    I had a really frustrating experience with my latest purchase. When I got the items, they were all messed up and didn't work properly. So, I reached out to customer service for help, but the people online were so rude. They wanted me to pay for the return shipping to get a full refund, even though the shipping cost was more than what I paid for the items because it was from overseas. And to top it off, they said they might not even give me a refund if anything else went wrong during shipping. It's just so desperate and ridiculous, I can't believe it. It's just not right.

    Keys from a digital marketplace

    I've had a great experience buying keys from this online store. Even though I saw some bad reviews out there, I've found that the keys usually work just fine, and if they don't, the customer support is really good at fixing any problems fast, usually within a couple hours. I'd definitely recommend this online store for buying keys.

    I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. My hair care products have been MIA for over a month now, and every time I talk to customer service, it's just one excuse after another. First, they said one of the things I bought was out of stock and only offered me a lousy $5 credit. Two weeks later, they said my order would ship out that day, but it didn't. And then they had the nerve to say I still owed them $6.39, even though I had already paid in full. It's frustrating and disappointing. I won't be ordering from them again.

    In-store experience

    My partner and I popped by the store in Woodstock last night, hoping to snag some new clothes. Even though we were the only ones there, the employees totally ghosted us. We strolled around, trying to catch their eye, but no luck. It's a bummer to feel like you're invisible and not wanted in a place that's supposed to be all about good customer service. If only they knew that the only color that matters in retail is green - money. Their lack of attention really highlights a lack of training and management. As a young millennial, this whole ordeal didn't leave a great taste in my mouth and doesn't give me any reason to come back.
