    Bundle product order

    I just placed an order for a bundle of products, but when it arrived, it was all mixed up. But let me tell you, the customer service I received was top-notch! They not only let me keep the wrong items but also sent me the right ones right away, no extra charge. They really care about their customers and making sure they're happy. The people I talked to were so nice and really went out of their way to fix everything. I'm super happy with how they handled it and will for sure keep shopping with them.

    OMG, I can't believe how amazing these hair products are! They make my hair so soft and shiny. I also really love the smell, it's like a delicious fruit salad. And you know what?     Refusal of refund for order #846231.

    Sorry for all the negativity, but I had a bit of a rough time with the store. They wouldn't give me a refund for my order #846231, said I could only get store credit. But I really just wanted my money back for a product they didn't even have anymore. Their customer service was pretty lousy too. The whole situation left me feeling let down by their policy and I won't be going back there again.

    I can't believe how awful my experience has been with this company. I ordered haircare products nearly a month ago, and my order hasn't even been processed yet. The lack of communication is terrible, and they've removed the chat option from their site. When I called the corporate office, they just sent me back to the website for help. It's so frustrating not knowing what's going on with my order and not getting a straight answer from anyone there. And to top it off, they won't cancel my order or give me a refund, blaming a recent sale for the delay. I've never encountered such terrible customer service before.

    So, I recently bought the Type 4 box and a couple other items from Mielle. Gotta say, the whole experience was pretty disappointing. Even though they said my order was ready to go, I never actually got my stuff. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was basically non-existent. They kept promising me refunds and shipments but nothing ever happened. After waiting forever, my order finally showed up, but they forgot to include the detangling comb I was looking forward to. I tried reaching out to them, but they just closed my requests without actually helping. It's pretty disappointing to see a brand that claims to care about its customers drop the ball so hard. If they can't get their act together and take care of their customers, maybe online sales isn't their thing.

    Late order with no explanation

    Well, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed! I placed my order back on 11/27/23 and now it's already 1/1/24 and there's still no sign of it. It's so frustrating not knowing what's going on, no communication or explanation for the delay. And to top it all off, I got a request to review my purchase when I haven't even gotten it yet. That just doesn't sit right with me, you know? This whole experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and you can bet I won't be ordering from here again.

    I reached out to customer service because my order was missing, eh. They didn't even bother reading my email or checking out my proof, so rude. They blamed me for not getting my stuff, not cool, dude. Mielle was better before they got bought out, now the service is terrible. I'm switching to Kaleidescope and Tabitha Brown from now on, for sure.

    These people have no respect at all for their customers' time. I messed up by not reading the shipping info properly, and now I'm regretting it. Ordered my stuff more than two weeks ago and it's still stuck in "processing" limbo. Can you believe it? And then when I reached out to customer service, they just casually mention it takes 10-15 business days to even begin processing. It's just outrageous!

    I recently bought something from this company and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster from the get-go. They said my order would be processed in 1-7 days, but when that time passed, I got nothing - no updates, no shipping info, nada. So I reached out and suddenly they need an extra 14 days just to process it, not even ship it. Like, seriously? They blame it on being super busy, but that's not my problem as a customer. Plus, they can't even stick to their own rules, which is so uncool. And then, to top it all off, they accidentally emailed me info meant for someone else, including that person's personal details. What a privacy nightmare! In the end, they wouldn't cancel my order or give me a refund. Seems like they don't care about customer service or acting professional at all.

    Recent online purchase

    I recently bought something online and it was a complete disappointment. I placed my order on November 27th, which was a long time ago, and it's now February 1st and I still haven't gotten my stuff. My order is still not filled, even though I tried contacting customer service many times for updates. Every time I reached out, all I heard was the same excuse about lots of orders causing delays. They said they'd fix it and to wait another 10 to 15 business days for my order to show up. But after being patient and waiting, nothing happened. I had to ask for my money back in the end because they didn't solve the problem. It's been two months and three days dealing with this mess, and I got nothing to show for it. I'm done with them and won't order from them again. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
