I got this speaker for my room and it's pretty neat, but when I tried to hook it up to Spotify through Google Assistant, it just wasn't working. Spent a good 3 hours and 10 minutes on the phone with customer support today, but they couldn't fix it! They suggested calling Google Assistant, but neither Alexa nor Google Assistant could get Spotify going on the speaker. So annoying!

Oh my goodness, I just have to tell you how amazing my shopping experience was at this store! The delivery was super fast, I was amazed! And the packaging, like, really top-notch, my clothes arrived in perfect condition. They even kept me updated with notifications, so awesome! I absolutely recommend this store to all my friends, they're fantastic!

I can't believe how cheeky this company is. I thought I was being clever by ordering based on their size chart, but boy was I wrong. The sneakers showed up way too small, and even my friend who is a size smaller couldn't squeeze into them. When I reached out to customer service to return them and get my money back, they just brushed me off and said they sent the right stuff. Can you believe that? They basically told me to deal with it and wear them or pass them off to someone else. It's just plain ridiculous!

The customer service at this place was actually really good, eh? Especially since we had to deal with changing a booking - what a headache, eh? We had booked a tour using vouchers from a partner, and last minute needed to change the details. The staff at the call center were so helpful and understanding, they managed to sort everything out quickly so we could enjoy our final night in the city without any stress. We were pretty impressed with how efficient and friendly they were, it really made a big difference to our experience. Thanks a lot, eh!

Eh, so I got some business suits from this store recently, eh. I noticed that the quality was different depending on where they were made, eh. Some of them had no loose buttons or threads hanging, while others did, eh. I usually shop for my suits here, but I think they could improve the quality control and packaging, eh. Specifically, giving garment bags for the suits would make a big difference for customers, especially for the ones buying more expensive stuff, eh.

I bought some clothes and stuff from TradeInn not too long ago, and even though the prices were alright, the customer service could definitely use some improvement. I had a problem with the shipping and had to ask for help. But talking to them was a pain because all I got were automated replies that didn't really help with my issue. Whether it was through email or chat, the customer service folks seemed like robots - not very helpful at all. And to top it off, sometimes they'd reply in a language that wasn't even mine, making it even harder to sort things out.

I recently bought the Rosemary Mint Wash Day Bundle and to be honest, it did not meet my expectations at all. My hair is relaxed and usually stays smooth when wet. However, after using the Rosemary Mint shampoo, my hair felt rough and like the product was just sitting on top of it. Even with the conditioner, my hair got tangled, matted, and super dry. It was a struggle trying to untangle my hair, and in the end, I had to chop it off. I'm really disappointed in the product and the misleading five-star reviews that made me buy it. It's frustrating to have to start all over again just when I was close to reaching my hair length goal. Thanks for nothing, it was a total waste of time and money.
