Vibram size issue
The sizes of Vibram shoes on this website are way off! I typically wear a size 7, so that's what I bought, but I've had to send it back twice now because it doesn't fit right. The first time I sent something back, it took over 6 weeks to get my money back. It's annoying to spend a lot of money on fancy things, pay for shipping to send them back, and then not even get an apology for the trouble. It makes me wonder - is it even worth buying stuff from this website again?
mountain bike tires
I ordered some mountain bike tires on the 15th and they said they'd come between the 24th and 28th. Well, it's the 30th now and I just found out my order is only 'processed'. I tried to get an update but all I got was a bot reply. This means I won't have my tires in time for my race- it's so disappointing. I bought them assuming they were in stock and ready to be sent out, but it turns out it took 15 days just to get to that point. I feel disappointed and frustrated with the wrong delivery dates.
Early delivery, Spanish instructions
I just bought something from TradeInn and was pleasantly surprised when my package arrived earlier than I thought. The buying process was super easy and simple. But I was a bit surprised to see that the instructions were in Spanish. It was a bit of a hassle, but I managed to figure it out with some help from online translations.

I ordered something on May 16 and it never showed up! I tried to contact them but all I got was sketchy messages asking for more money. I already paid a lot for shipping and now they won't even give me a refund! I'm moving and I need my stuff, this is the worst!

Delayed order
I need to tell you that I'm pretty disappointed with my order being late. It said it was on its way, but it's been a while since I ordered it and it still hasn't shown up.
Misleading Delivery Lead time
TradeInn is so unreliable with their delivery times, they make you believe it'll be quick but it ends up taking forever. And to top it off, they don't even mention it's being shipped from Spain! What a waste of time and money. Their customer service is a complete joke too, I tried to reach out to them and got nowhere. I am absolutely not going to order from TradeInn ever again! My order number is 48717189, and I'm still waiting for it!
Order status accuracy issues

Order made, no updates
So, I ordered something on April 15th and paid for it, but then I didn't hear anything for a while. I tried to ask what was up, but no one answered. Then, a day later, I finally got a reply from them and got my tracking info. Everything arrived yesterday, on April 23rd, and it was all good. So, I'm updating my review to say that everything is cool now.
Clothing and accessories
I bought some clothes and stuff from TradeInn not too long ago, and even though the prices were alright, the customer service could definitely use some improvement. I had a problem with the shipping and had to ask for help. But talking to them was a pain because all I got were automated replies that didn't really help with my issue. Whether it was through email or chat, the customer service folks seemed like robots - not very helpful at all. And to top it off, sometimes they'd reply in a language that wasn't even mine, making it even harder to sort things out.
