    I recently bought a pair of hiking boots from TradeInn, and gotta say, it was smooth sailing all the way. I was a bit unsure about getting shoes online, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything went. I took a look at the comments and sizing recommendations to make sure I got the right size, and it worked out perfectly. The boots were shipped out quickly, and they even sent me a photo of the package before it was sent off, which was a nice personal touch. When the boots arrived, I was really impressed by how strong, stylish, and well-fitting they were. Even though buying shoes online can be tricky, TradeInn made it simple and stress-free.

    I've bought stuff from this company a bunch of times and I gotta say, never had a bad experience. The cycling clothes and gear I've gotten have always been top-notch quality and the prices are pretty competitive. Plus, the delivery is always super quick, and I really like the tracking system that keeps me in the loop on where my order's at.     I bought some clothes and stuff from TradeInn not too long ago, and even though the prices were alright, the customer service could definitely use some improvement. I had a problem with the shipping and had to ask for help. But talking to them was a pain because all I got were automated replies that didn't really help with my issue. Whether it was through email or chat, the customer service folks seemed like robots - not very helpful at all. And to top it off, sometimes they'd reply in a language that wasn't even mine, making it even harder to sort things out.

    I just ordered some hiking gear from TradeInn because their prices seemed pretty good. But man, I was let down big time by their inventory system. I've had too many instances where stuff took forever to arrive or I got hit with the news that they didn't actually have it in stock after waiting for weeks. And wouldn't you know it? Same thing happened today, which just made me so annoyed with all the time and energy I wasted.

Even though I heard some not-so-great stuff about their customer service and returns, I didn't actually need to use them, so no problems there. The cycling gear I got was spot on and met my expectations. The delivery wasn't free, but it was fast, and the price was fair compared to other online stores.

    Ordered 2 pairs size 6Y sandals. Received both pairs but one pair is the wrong size. Only solution offered was to give refund for the incorrect size sandal but the extra shipping fee charged for the 2nd pair was not refunded.
    But I need 2 pairs, to get the 2nd pair I will have to make a new purchase and pay full shipping fee. This will set me back close to additional $20. Given their track record getting the wrong product again is very high and then I will lose more money.
    Even after numerous email exchanges, chat, phone calls they stick to their ridiculous scripted policy and refused to send the replacement even though it is their mistake. Request to speak/contact with a manager was flat out rejected. The phone calls costed me another $15.
    At this point, I just have to cut my loss and never deal with this company again.
