Order missing items
I recently made a purchase and ended up missing two items from my order, eh. I've tried reaching out to customer service a couple of times now, but still haven't gotten it fixed, you know. It's been really annoying 'cause I ordered those things back in November and now I need 'em for holiday stuff, eh.
online purchase, credit card issue
Oh my gosh, I just can't deal with this store anymore! I ordered this really cute shirt online, but it came ripped so I returned it. They ended up charging me extra and claimed they never received my refund! I even sent them proof and everything, but they still messed up my credit card bill.
Professional clothing
The professional clothes I got from this store are top-notch and look really posh, making me appear super professional. I can mix and match the pieces for various events, whether it's for work or just hanging out. Even though the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality totally justifies the cost.
Online shopping rewards issues
I used to really enjoy coming here for shopping, but lately, I've been getting a bit annoyed. Since I'm part of the rewards program, I usually buy things online because the stuff I want isn't often in the store. However, my online rewards don't line up with the in-store one, and I never receive points for my online purchases. I've tried reaching out to customer service a few times to get it sorted, but it never seems to get fixed. Trying to sort it out on my account online is also a pain. It's much easier and quicker to earn rewards when I shop in other places, so maybe it's time to reconsider my loyalty to this store.

Petite clothing items.
I decided to give this clothing store for petite sizes a try because my usual favorite brand has been letting me down in terms of quality. The store didn't have a lot of petite options, but I did manage to find a few cute pieces to add to my wardrobe. However, things took a turn for the worse when I had issues with my online account. After a couple of purchases, my password suddenly stopped working and no matter what I tried online, I couldn't fix it. When I reached out to customer service, that's when the real problems started. The people I talked to were no help at all, they seemed bothered by my issue and just kept giving me the same useless instructions. Even when I explained that their suggestions weren't working, they just repeated themselves. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but I was put on hold for a long time only to be connected back to the same unhelpful person. They never responded to my email either, which left me really disappointed with the company's lack of care and support. After hearing similar stories from other customers about poor quality clothing and bad customer service, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I want to find a company that truly values its customers and offers top-notch products.
Online purchase, tried to cancel within hours
Oh man, I made an order and right after I realized I didn't actually need it. I tried to cancel it the next day but turns out I missed their sixty minute window rule! How ridiculous is that? The order hadn't even been shipped, but they still wouldn't budge. What a terrible customer service policy. This whole situation has really annoyed me and I for sure won't be buying from them again.

As a customer who has been loyal for many years, I am really disappointed with my recent experience with this brand. The clothes have gotten worse in quality and sizing, which is not what I'm used to. Not only did the stuff I ordered online not fit right, but the customer service was also not great. They didn't keep me updated on my account which led to extra charges. Plus, the store in Cincinnati closed so I had to pay more for shipping when I tried to exchange something. I called many times and couldn't get through, so I had to cancel my account. They wouldn't refund the late fees either. This whole thing has made me feel unappreciated after being a customer for so long.
Horrible customer service experience
I had a really bad experience at that place. Returning things was a total nightmare, and talking to their customer service was so annoying. Even after showing them proof that my stuff was delivered, it took them forever to give me my money back. It seems like they're purposely taking forever to give refunds so they can make more money off of us. Honestly, it feels like a total scam.
My pants that I ordered online
I ordered these really cool pants online, but when they arrived, they totally forgot to put my unit number on the address label! Now, there's a chance I might never get my pants because of this mistake. I've been trying to sort it out with UPS and customer service, but no luck so far. It's just so frustrating!

I really love the clothes at this store. They are super high-quality and always in style. However, I gotta say that the website is kind of disappointing. Eh, so I got some business suits from this store recently, eh. I noticed that the quality was different depending on where they were made, eh. Some of them had no loose buttons or threads hanging, while others did, eh. I usually shop for my suits here, but I think they could improve the quality control and packaging, eh. Specifically, giving garment bags for the suits would make a big difference for customers, especially for the ones buying more expensive stuff, eh.
Tweed dress for a special event
I just got this tweed dress online for a bridal tea, and man, what a letdown. The quality and color were not what I expected at all. In the description, they didn't mention it had gold tinsel thread, which made it look way darker and more mustard gold instead of the nice cream I was looking forward to. Plus, the material was really uncomfortable. When I tried to return it to a local store, they said no way, leaving me feeling like I wasted my time and effort.
Clothes for me and my daughters
I love shopping at Ann Taylor because they have such amazing clothes for me and my three girls. The quality is always top-notch and the styles are super cute. I really appreciate that they always have sales and special offers, it's really awesome. I pretty much get all my clothes from there because they fit so well and look fantastic. Ann Taylor is like my best friend forever!
Multiple orders with a need to return a few items from each order
The customer service at this store is just terrible, eh. I had to return some stuff from a couple of orders, and even though everything fit in one bag, they still charged me $8.95 for a return label for each item. It's completely ridiculous and they obviously don't care about keeping their customers happy, eh. I'm definitely going to shop somewhere else from now on.

Now there's a charge pending on my card that hasn't been fixed, even after almost a week. I had a terrible experience with my last order of two tops for my upcoming trip. I got an email saying it was shipped, but when I tracked it, turns out it was never sent. I called customer service three times and each time they lied, saying it was shipped. But when I checked with the shipping company, they said it wasn't even processed. Plus, the items were sold out online and they still said they were shipped. Can you believe that? It's just false advertising!
