Handmade teak spoon
Review about: NOVICA
I was kinda let down at first with the handmade teak spoon I got. The wood had a weird knot that made the bowl look not so great. But when I said something in a review, NOVICA quickly got back to me and said they'd send a new spoon. I thought, "Why not give them a second shot?" And man, was I pleasantly surprised with the new spoons I got. The workmanship was top-notch, and the new spoons were gorgeous and totally one-of-a-kind. Now I'm super happy with what I bought and really appreciate NOVICA's awesome customer service.

Dark Theme request
Review about: FLEXIHUB
This program is alright, but it really needs a dark theme feature. I mean, looking at a bright screen for hours is a sure way to get tired eyes and headaches. Come on, it's 2021, just add a dark mode already. Once that's done, it would be a great software to suggest to others. Thanks.

Review about: Ann Taylor
I really love the clothes at this store. They are super high-quality and always in style. However, I gotta say that the website is kind of disappointing. It's not easy to use and it's really annoying to get around. I end up having to use the chat to order stuff, which takes a lot of time and is a pain. Plus, I've had problems with the prices being wrong when I check out online. Ann Taylor really needs to step up their game with their website so they can compete better and give us customers a better online shopping experience.

Oh man, can you believe it? I've been working with this company for 10 whole years and now they're really dropping the ball on me and my clients. The archive blunder is really frustrating my people, they can't even access their stuff. Zenfolio is seriously losing my confidence fast, which could mean losing some accounts too. They promised to fix things in 12 hours but it's been a whole week and still no progress. Customer service said they would prioritize critical galleries, but still nothing. Looks like I'll have to switch my clients over to Dropbox for now. So disappointed.
