    Rollator purchase

    I just bought a rollator from this company and I was really impressed with the awesome customer service I got. When I had some problems with the rollator, they were super fast in helping me out and fixing the issue right away. The rollator is strong and looks exactly like it did on the website. It works great as both a walker and a wheelchair, so it's a really handy and versatile mobility aid.

    Cookware set

    I ordered this cookware set online thinking it would be a great Christmas gift. But when it arrived, the package looked like it had been run over by a reindeer or something! I tried calling customer service a bunch of times to get a refund. It took them a whopping two months to finally give me my $500 back! Can you believe that? Do they think I'm made of money or what? Dealing with their customer service was like talking to a robot that only knows how to say sorry but can't actually solve anything. They seriously need to up their game, it's just not cool.

    Oh man, let me tell you about the clothes I got - they were amazing! They arrived right when they said they would and they fit like a dream. The folks at customer service were super friendly, whether I was chatting with them online or in person at the store. And get this, I was able to get a refund no problem when I had to return something. The quality of the clothes is seriously top-notch, always spot on for my size. This brand has quickly become one of my absolute faves!

    My contact lens order got held up because of a problem with the supplier, which was a bummer. But the company sent me an email explaining the situation, which was nice. When I reached out to them about the delay, they were really sorry and understanding. Finally got my contact lenses this morning, and everything was spot on. They even checked in to make sure I got my order okay. I really appreciate how quick they were to respond and how willing they were to help out. I'd definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.

    Undelivered phone case

    I ordered a phone case that never showed up, eh. I asked for a refund, but the customer service wasn't much help, ya know. I gave them the order number, but they said it was too late to track it down and wanted me to prove I never got the case. How am I supposed to do that, eh? After going back and forth, I found an email saying the delivery failed, but they still wouldn't give me my money back. They said the order had been archived. They offered me a coupon instead, but I wanted my cash back, not a discount on a future buy. It felt like they were dodging giving me a refund, even though they knew I never got the phone case.

    Contacted customer service about discontinued items

    The customer service at this place is excellent, eh? I ordered some stuff that turned out to be discontinued by the manufacturer. So, I decided to hop on chat to find out what I could do. The agent I talked to was really helpful and reassured me that everything was all good with my order. And get this - my order was shipped out just a few hours later. I was so impressed with how fast they sorted everything out and how much they cared about my order. Cheers to the customer service team!

    Sofa purchase

    I picked up a sofa from here back in August and let me tell you, it took a really long time to get to me! The delivery guys didn't even bother bringing it up to my apartment and then had the nerve to charge me extra for it. And when it finally got here, guess what? It was all messed up and damaged. I tried to leave a negative review on their website, but they kept deleting it. They won't give me a refund or a replacement unless I send back the damaged sofa in the original packaging, which was already broken by those delivery guys. Now, I gotta fork out more cash for shipping to get a new one or just stick with this messed up one. Absolutely terrible service and the sofa itself is just pure junk.

    OMG, do NOT book with this company EVER! They totally put me through hell with their terrible customer service and all the lies. They seriously don't give a crap about your passenger rights. You better just steer clear of them. I even had to go and complain to the Canadian Transport Agency.
