Unique design watch
So, like, this watch I got, eh? At first, I was all like "Whoa, cool design," but after wearing it for a while, not so much. The buckle? Total pain in the butt to adjust and it makes this annoying squeaky sound, kinda like my old bike. And don't even get me started on the strap - always tugging at my arm hair, making it super uncomfortable to wear, eh.
Messed up my order
I messed up my order and tried to fix it, but I couldn't change it online. The customer service was really rude and wouldn't let me cancel my order, even though it hadn't been sent out yet. The person I spoke to wouldn't even let me talk to their manager, and when I finally did, it seemed like they magically changed genders during our chat. How does it make sense to send back something nobody wants? Nixon needs to step up and let people correct their orders before they're shipped out. It's all a big mess.
Watch purchase
I bought a watch not long ago but it came broken, which was really frustrating. They told me I had to send it back to another country on my own dime and even pay custom fees. There was no option for free returns, and when I asked for help online, they just suggested I take it to a local repair shop and pay for it myself. They didn't seem worried that it might void the warranty. The whole experience left me super unhappy with their service, and I'd suggest others steer clear of it.
Black leather strap for a watch
I wanted a black leather strap for my watch, but it took me 5 months of emailing Nixon to try and get one. They only offered brown or a red & blue stripe, and when I finally gave in and got the brown one, it was an ugly orange color that didn't match my watch at all. Nixon didn't even tell me I couldn't exchange it until after I paid! Never buying from them again, terrible customer service.
Multiple Nixon watches
I gotta say, I'm totally obsessed with Nixon watches. They've got such cool designs, from the slim and sleek ones to the bold and heavy ones. Every time I see a new one, I just have to add it to my collection. And I have no intention of stopping anytime soon. I'm a forever fan!

I just bought something during a Black Friday sale and had some billing problems that caused my order to be cancelled twice. But when I contacted customer service for help, I was impressed with how quickly and helpful they were. The team checked my situation and said they would still give me the discount from the sale, which made everything easy. The person I talked to knew about my problem and made sure the offer went through smoothly. Overall, I was really impressed with how professional and supportive they were.
Tide watch
I bought a tide watch from this company, but it stopped working in less than a year. I tried contacting their customer service for 2.5 months, but they didn't help me at all. Not only was the product bad, but the customer service said it was my fault instead of taking responsibility for their poorly made item. It's really disappointing to see a company like this not backing up their products and not offering any real solution for their customers. I warn anyone thinking about buying from this company to be careful because they don't take responsibility and their products aren't that great.
Watch hands difficult to see
So, I bought this watch and it turned out to have a real annoying design flaw. The hands on it were like these hollow wire frames which made it super hard to see what time it was, especially when it was bright out. I was forever trying to angle my arm just right to catch some light and figure out where the hands were pointing. In dim lighting, it was okay, but most of the time I was squinting and struggling to see the time fast. This flaw basically made the watch useless and a pain in the butt to use.
Battery replacement and reseal service
I was really let down by my experience at your service center. I sent in my watch to get the battery replaced and resealed, thinking it would be quick and well done. But after nearly two months, I hadn't heard anything from you. I had to take the initiative and contact you by email and phone, just to learn that my watch was sent back without the service I needed. This lack of communication and professionalism is not okay, especially when I'm paying for a service. I'm really unhappy with how everything went down, it feels like my time and money were just thrown away.
Nixon watch repair
I bought a Nixon watch a couple years back and was pleased with it until it suddenly stopped working. I tried to reach out to customer service via email, but just got an automatic reply saying they were pretty swamped. I also attempted to use the chat bot, but no luck there either. The phone numbers they gave didn't work either, and there was no UK helpline or service center available. Even the UK distributor wasn't much help. Trying to get my watch fixed by Nixon was such a headache and stressful experience. I might go back to Casio since their customer service and repair services are way more reliable.
Rusty charging points, poor battery life
The watch I bought had rusty charging points that messed up the battery life. I've had to replace it a bunch of times because of these problems. The battery died super fast, even overnight. I wouldn't suggest this watch to anyone who wants a dependable timepiece.

Recent purchase - tracking information delay
I just bought a watch online and had to wait a bit for the tracking info. It was kind of annoying at first, but I called the customer service number they had on the website and talked to a person. They told me there was a technical problem causing the delay, but they sent me the tracking info right away by email. Even though I haven't gotten my package yet, I'm more excited for it to arrive now.
Short-lived watches
Hey, can we chat about these watches? Seriously, every one I've had craps out in less than a year. It's crazy! I baby them, don't wear 'em all the time, and still, they conk out. Sure, they look nice, but who cares if they break so easily? It's annoying and kinda letdown. I'm gonna pass on this brand until they get it together and start makin' sturdier watches.

I bought a watch from this company recently, but it's been a bad experience. The watch I got had a battery that died in less than a year and couldn't be replaced. I had to pay a lot of money to send it for repair, only to be told they couldn't fix it. I'm really disappointed with the product quality and the lack of customer service in fixing this. I have two watches from this company, and they both have problems - the Dork 2 doesn't work because of the battery, and the new Regulus I bought fogged up right away, showing it's not good quality.
Christmas gift watch
As someone who loves collecting watches, I was really looking forward to adding a new one to my collection with this purchase. But, I was let down by the quality of the watch. The band is too short and it just feels like it was made with cheap materials. Even though it looks nice, the overall vibe of the watch is just not what I was hoping for. I don't think I'll end up wearing it much, it might just sit there collecting dust in my watch box.
