Nootropic supplement
I just bought a nootropic supplement to give it a shot since I've been hearing good things. I thought I'd give it a try for a month, but honestly, I was pretty unimpressed. Didn't really notice any big difference in how my brain worked. Plus, it's more expensive than other supplements out there.

Ripped front pockets
I bought a pair of jeans from this store not too long ago and I was really let down by the quality. After only a year and a half of hardly wearing them, the front pockets completely fell apart on me. I tried to get help from customer service, but they just told me it was normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear? I've never had a pair of jeans fall apart on me like that before. The jeans were comfy, but obviously not made to last. Dealing with customer service was so annoying and just left me feeling really upset.

Black leather strap for a watch
I wanted a black leather strap for my watch, but it took me 5 months of emailing Nixon to try and get one. They only offered brown or a red & blue stripe, and when I finally gave in and got the brown one, it was an ugly orange color that didn't match my watch at all. Nixon didn't even tell me I couldn't exchange it until after I paid! Never buying from them again, terrible customer service.

I recently bought an EMP protection device from this company and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how great their product is. Difficulty with online order
I recently tried to make a purchase on the website, but we ran into a bunch of problems. My son-in-law and I both wanted to get a gift card, but the system kept rejecting our orders. So we got frustrated and decided to buy some stuff instead. But then the website kept processing our request over and over again before finally kicking us out. It was so annoying and we ended up feeling pretty disappointed by the whole experience.

So I, uh, bought this really cool DNA test, eh? I was so pumped to see what it said about me and all that jazz. But then, I go back to check my results and they're totally MIA! Like, seriously?! Turns out you gotta keep shelling out for new kits to see your results again. Total money grab, not cool at all. Can't believe they'd pull that on us. SMH.

Bag purchase online
I recently bought a bag online, and it's been a total nightmare trying to return it. I've tried several times to drop it off at collection points, but each time I was given wrong info that stopped me from leaving it there. I also wasted three days waiting for another company to come pick it up, and the bag is still in my hallway. The customer service at this company is really disappointing. They won't refund me or fix their terrible return system. Dealing with a company that doesn't care about its customers' time or money is so frustrating. I regret buying from them and will stick to brands that respect their customers and have a good return policy. The whole back-and-forth with customer service saying they're looking into it but no solution comes is just a big waste of time.

Backpack purchase
I recently bought a backpack using the company's "try before you buy" option. Their website said I wouldn't be charged until 5 days after the delivery, but my card was already charged the full amount even though the item hasn't even been shipped yet. I've tried emailing their customer service multiple times, but I haven't got any response about this issue. It's now September 8th, and there's still no shipping update or reply from their customer service team. This whole thing has been a terrible experience with really bad customer service. I'm super disappointed and wouldn't suggest buying anything from this company.

These jammies and slipper boots are seriously the best! They are super comfy, cozy, and soft – and the designs are so cool! My grandkids absolutely love them. Even my daughter-in-law can't get enough of her set, and my sons are big fans of their boxers. One time, I received the wrong shipment but LazyOne really came through for me, they were like MVPs and sent me the correct items. They even told me to donate the wrong jammies to charity – that's going above and beyond! LazyOne is hands down the best company ever, no doubt about it.

Tow mirrors upgrade
These two mirrors are a real improvement for my truck. They're good quality, but there's a bit of a wobble in the glass when I'm driving on the highway. The motors for adjusting the top mirror can sometimes get stuck, but it's not a big deal because I can still adjust the mirror how I want. I wish the front turn signal would come on automatically with the lights, instead of just acting as an indicator. But overall, despite these small problems, I have to say it's a really good product for the price.

So like, I was shopping at Northern Tool the other day and I got kinda cheesed off. I threw a trailer jack in my cart when it was on sale, but then in just 5 minutes, the price went back up to the regular price. I was not impressed, felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. It seemed shady, like a bait-and-switch move, not cool at all.
