Kickstarted product never arrived
I was really excited when I donated to this product on Kickstarter, but sadly, it never showed up. The fact that they didn't keep in touch was really disappointing, and it looks like a lot of other folks went through the same thing. It's tough to see how they were able to trick so many people into giving away their cash like that.
Sling pack purchase
I gotta say, the sling pack and accessories I got from this company are amazing. The quality and attention to detail are top-notch. I looked at other brands like Tumi and Code of Bell, but Boundary really caught my eye. Kailey from customer support was super helpful and gave me all the info I needed. Thanks a lot, Boundary!
Used bag without waist strap
I recently bought a used bag from someone and realized it didn't have a waist strap. I searched online but couldn't find one, so I contacted Boundary. Their customer service team replied quickly, saying they would help however they could. They kept their promise and sent me the missing strap quickly and easily. I have to say, Boundary's customer service is amazing. Kailey, who assisted me, was fantastic and made sure I had a good experience. It's rare to find a company that offers top-notch gear and exceptional customer service. Big shoutout to the Boundary team!
Online shopping experience
I have to say, my online shopping experience was so disappointing. I found this site and decided to buy something, but now I wish I hadn't. They didn't give me a return label, and the cost to ship back the item was way too high. Nowadays, everyone shops online a lot and spends a bunch of money. It's just not right to not make returns easy. The fact that they didn't help me out and try to fix things just made me even more annoyed.
Travel/camera backpack purchase
After doing lots of research, I finally found a travel/camera backpack that totally blew me away. It doesn't just look good and hold all my stuff with ease, but it's also super durable. I'm seriously impressed with how well-made it is, like it's way better than I thought it would be. I'm really happy with my purchase and would totally suggest it to anyone else who needs a dependable and cool backpack for their travel and camera stuff.
Arclite sling bag
I gotta say, I was bummed out when I found out that the Arclite sling bag was sold out. But when I contacted Boundary Supply, I was actually pretty impressed with how quick and helpful they were in their response. They let me know when the bag would be back in stock and even promised to keep me updated. And true to their word, I got an email with info on how to pre-order the bag. Now, fast forward to today, and the Arclite sling bag has become one of my go-to bags, right after my Goruck Echo. The communication from Boundary Supply was really great, and the bag itself is just fantastic.
Various bags and accessories
I just got my orders with a bunch of bags and some accessories. I gotta say, I was really impressed with how good they looked and felt. The quality and materials used seemed top-notch and durable, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The packaging was also really well-done, each item was carefully packed in its own linen bag with a zipper, and then all put together in a resealable plastic bag labeled with the company name on it. I've only just started using the products, but based on how they seem so far, I don't think I'll have any problems with them.
Online order
I just bought something online from this company and it was not great. I got a confirmation email right after I placed my order and they charged my credit card. But then I never got a shipping confirmation or the thing I ordered. I tried to contact customer service a few times but haven't heard back from them yet. It looks like this company might be out of business or they're really bad at what they do. I suggest not buying anything from them.
Tactical backpack, accessories
I recently bought a tactical backpack and some gear from this shop, and I gotta say, it’s been a real letdown. The website said everything was good to go, but my order got stuck in shipping for way longer than expected. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but all they gave me were vague excuses about warehouse delays and stuff. Finally got a tracking number but it didn’t move for over a week, missing the trip I needed it for. And now, it won’t even get here before the holidays. The lousy service, shipping problems, and lack of support from this store have really disappointed me, eh.
Prima System backpack
I bought the Prima System backpack back in 2018 and let me tell you, it has been an absolute game-changer. This backpack has been with me through my travels all over the globe, hiking adventures up mountains, and the daily grind of commuting to work. The organization inside the bag is spot on, with just enough compartments to keep everything in its place. After six years of hardcore use, the zipper on the side pocket finally called it quits. I reached out to their customer service and they were super helpful in getting it sorted out quickly. I definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for a tough and dependable backpack.
Bought a bag
This store said there wouldn't be any extra fees, but then they surprised me with some massive taxes and duties. And when I asked for help, they straight up ignored me. The bag wasn't anything special, just okay, nothing more.
Backpack purchase
I recently bought a backpack using the company's "try before you buy" option. Their website said I wouldn't be charged until 5 days after the delivery, but my card was already charged the full amount even though the item hasn't even been shipped yet. I've tried emailing their customer service multiple times, but I haven't got any response about this issue. It's now September 8th, and there's still no shipping update or reply from their customer service team. This whole thing has been a terrible experience with really bad customer service. I'm super disappointed and wouldn't suggest buying anything from this company.
Errant Pro X-Pack
I recently got my hands on the Errant Pro X-Pack after doing a ton of research. It was super popular and hard to find, but I lucked out and found one from a seller in Hong Kong who shipped it to me quickly. When I finally got the pack, I was stoked to start using it, but then I noticed one of the fid-lock clasps was wonky.
I reached out to customer service and they were on the ball with fixing the problem. Even though they didn't have any replacements in stock because of the backorders, they gave me a few options to sort things out. In the end, I bought a new fid-lock and installed it myself. To top it off, they surprised me by sending a free tech bag I had been eyeing as a goodwill gesture.
Despite the small hiccup, my overall experience with the customer service crew was awesome. They were quick to respond, helpful, and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The Errant Pro X-Pack itself is top-notch - super stylish and it totally met my expectations.Backpack purchase

Order placed for two separate items
I'm having trouble with my recent orders. One was made on August 22nd and the other on August 24th, but I haven't heard anything about them since. I tried to contact the info email, but no one has gotten back to me. I'm pretty disappointed and frustrated, especially because I had a great experience with this company last year. This year seems to be a bit off in terms of getting things done.
Arclite Sling Bag and accessories
I recently snagged an Arclite Sling Bag and some extras during a Black Friday deal. Surprisingly, it made its way to Thailand in just two weeks after I ordered it. I've been using the sling bag as my go-to backpack every day now, getting rid of my old one. However, I noticed that the aluminum closure hook got scratched up after just a week of use. It would be great if they make future models more resistant to scratches. Another thing I found inconvenient is the lack of a cup holder on the bag. I had to use a cup with a small handle and hook it onto the closure hook, which is a bit of a hassle when I need to take it off. Despite these small issues, I'm happy with the bag's quality and will definitely keep coming back as a customer.
Errant bag
I recently got the Errant bag and I gotta say, it's been even better than I expected. The hardware is really top quality and the design is not only stylish but super practical too. I use it every day for my commute and it fits all my stuff - tablet, laptop, battery pack, jacket, and more, with lots of extra space. The Errant is definitely a big upgrade from my old bag, the Prima System, which was a bit bulkier and more suited for travel or outdoor activities rather than daily use. I really like how the Errant is lightweight yet tough, making it perfect for everyday use.

But after just a few months of using it regularly, I started noticing some major wear and tear. The material started fraying, the seams were coming apart, and the straps were showing signs of wear. I was counting on this product to last longer, especially for the price I paid, so I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how quickly it's falling apart, eh.
Prima and camera insert
I am absolutely blown away by how great the Prima bag and camera insert are! The whole system is just so practical and versatile, it really works for any situation.
