CheckoutI recently bought a backpack using the company's "try before you buy" option. Their website said I wouldn't be charged until 5 days after the delivery, but my card was already charged the full amount even though the item hasn't even been shipped yet. I've tried emailing their customer service multiple times, but I haven't got any response about this issue. It's now September 8th, and there's still no shipping update or reply from their customer service team. This whole thing has been a terrible experience with really bad customer service. I'm super disappointed and wouldn't suggest buying anything from this company.
