High-quality sustainable clothing
Huckberry not only has amazing sustainable products, they also have exceptional customer service. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, and I keep coming back for their in-house brands that use ethically sourced materials like recycled wool and organic cotton. The quality of their clothing is top-notch, and I really appreciate their commitment to sustainability. But what really makes Huckberry special is their outstanding customer service. They truly stand by their products and go the extra mile to resolve any issues that may come up. It's great to see a company that cares so much about their customers and the environment. Even though it's hard on my wallet, I can't help but love Huckberry for everything they offer.
Astorflex boots
I just bought my first pair of Astorflex boots at this store and let me tell you, the quality and craftsmanship are top-notch. They were so amazing that after a couple of weeks, I had to come back for another pair, this time for my dad. Of course, I went back to the same store because I was so impressed with my first purchase. However, I had a small issue with my second order. It's experiences like this that make me keep coming back, this is now my go-to spot for all my fancy boot needs.

I had a really good experience with this company. The product was top-notch and the customer service went above and beyond. If there was ever a problem with a product, even a long time after buying it, they quickly replaced it or gave store credit. The customer service reps are always so nice to deal with. Just recently, Samantha helped me out over email and she was quick and polite. I've also reached out to them through text in the past and had a great experience.

I just bought some last-minute stuff for a work trip, but then I found out it wouldn't arrive on time. So, I contacted customer service for help. I was surprised at how helpful they were - they sped up the shipping for me right away. It's not often you come across such great customer service, especially when it involves changing an order. I bought a pair of Lems boulder boots online the other day. Oops, turns out I got the men's size by mistake when I meant to get the women's size. New shoes and a backpack
The shipping was brutal, they said it would arrive between Dec. 21-25 but now it's delayed until the end of December! Luckily, this really nice lady named Heather from customer service came through for me and hooked me up with a gift card. So, I'm not as stressed about it anymore.
