    Imported goods with high import taxes

    Man, those import taxes were brutal eh? I got a few things online and had to fork over an extra 30% just in taxes. Like, how is that even right? It really makes you wonder why other American websites can ship stuff to Europe for way cheaper. Huckberry seriously needs to fix their international shipping or else they're just wasting money on ads.

    I bought some outdoor gear from this store recently and I was really impressed with the quality. The stuff was just like it was described on the website and it exceeded my expectations in terms of being strong and working well. Ordering was easy and I didn't have any trouble finding what I wanted on the site.     Hey there! So, I bought a backpack from this store not too long ago and honestly, I was super let down by their customer service. Like, right after I made my order, my account got shut down with no reason or anything from the company. They did end up giving me my money back, but the way they handled the whole situation was just not cool at all. It left me feeling pretty disappointed. I'd say to anyone else thinking of shopping there to maybe weigh their choices and not bother with this retailer. Just my two cents!

    You know what, I've ordered from this place a few times now. It's been your typical mix of good and not-so-good. The delivery is usually pretty fast, and I like that they keep me updated. Returns have been easy, which is nice. But I did notice that the prices seem a bit high on some things. Sometimes I'm not totally sold on whether it's worth it. All in all, not the worst, but definitely not perfect.

    I found returning a product from Relwen to be really fast and simple. I really like Huckberry's return policy. I've noticed that a lot of their stuff is really good quality, but some things seem to be more about hype. They do have some great sales every now and then.

    I was so pumped to buy some stuff, spending $800 on things I thought I'd love. I was really interested in the free returns they talked about, made me feel good about trying stuff I wasn't sure about. But when my order arrived, one item just didn't hit the mark. Turns out, this company doesn't do free returns for us Canadians – unlike most places I shop from. That lack of honesty was pretty annoying and made me feel kinda tricked. I like knowing the deal with returns, so this whole thing left me feeling lied to and let down as a customer.

It was not in the new condition that I had hoped for, especially since I paid the full retail price for it. I reached out to the company right away to address this issue. They agreed to send me a replacement, but it was still disappointing to receive a used item in the first place. Also, the customer service response didn't seem to acknowledge the fact that I was given a used item at full price, which was frustrating.
