    Booked hotel closed for renovations

    I booked a hotel for me and my family, but when we got there, it was closed for renovations! We had nowhere to stay and it was a complete disaster. I don't think I'll ever use this website again. It's just not right that they didn't even apologize. I'm so upset!

    Damaged birthday present

    I just got my calendar from the store and I gotta say, I was super bummed about how it showed up. The envelope was all beat up, so the corners of the calendar were all bent and ripped. It's a real shame 'cause I was planning on giving it as a birthday gift to someone important. The whole thing just wasn't up to par because of how it was handled and packaged during shipping.

    I bought a pair of shoes from this store not too long ago, and I'm pretty bummed out about how they turned out. I've only had them for less than a year, and one shoe already has a hole in it, plus both shoes are starting to look pretty beat up. I've only been using them for walking on sidewalks and roads, so I was hoping they would hold up better. When I reached out to customer support to ask for a replacement, they said no, claiming it was just "normal wear and tear."

    Leo was amazing every step of the way. He was so patient, helpful, and really focused on making sure we were well-informed. Even though it ended up taking longer than we thought to make the reservation, Leo was there with us the whole time, keeping us in the loop and giving us advice. In the end, it was a really positive customer service experience.

    Military PCS Moving Experience

    Our experience with the company was really disappointing. We knew there were risks with using this service, but we never thought it would be this bad. The container drop-off was early and after that, everything went downhill. We got a call threatening us with extra charges because we hadn't packed the shipment, even though it hadn't been that long since drop-off. The loading ramp was a nightmare to deal with; it was in terrible condition and felt unsafe to use. When our shipment finally arrived in California from Michigan, the delivery was a disaster. They dropped it off in a way that we couldn't even unload it properly. The barriers were totally wrecked, so we couldn't get at our stuff. The contents inside, which we'd packed carefully, were in terrible shape, like they'd been thrown around. Our household items were so damaged, we felt devastated by the whole ordeal.

    High-quality cat food

    I've been giving my 10-year-old cat some high-quality cat food from Smalls for about a month now, and let me tell you, the difference has been incredible. My cat, who always seemed to be hungry no matter what, would always be trying to steal food and would end up throwing up quite a bit. Even with a healthy diet and measured portions, he just never seemed satisfied. But ever since I made the switch to Smalls, I've seen a big change in his behavior and health, for the better. He's eating more slowly, hasn't thrown up once, and has way less hairballs than before. You can tell he's really enjoying his meals, and I'm super impressed with the results. The price is fair too, especially considering how much it's helped my cat. The ordering process was easy, and the delivery was quick and efficient. Honestly, I can't recommend Smalls enough to any cat owner looking to improve their fur baby's diet and overall well-being.

    The ordering process went pretty smoothly until there was a problem with the shipping address being wrong. I tried to fix it by giving all the right info, but all I got back was an automated reply at first. But when I reached out again, finally a real person got back to me and helped fix things. It was annoying that it took so long to hear back, but at least the problem got sorted in the end.
