Damaged birthday present
I just got my calendar from the store and I gotta say, I was super bummed about how it showed up. The envelope was all beat up, so the corners of the calendar were all bent and ripped. It's a real shame 'cause I was planning on giving it as a birthday gift to someone important. The whole thing just wasn't up to par because of how it was handled and packaged during shipping.

Car rental reservation
Leo was amazing every step of the way. He was so patient, helpful, and really focused on making sure we were well-informed. Even though it ended up taking longer than we thought to make the reservation, Leo was there with us the whole time, keeping us in the loop and giving us advice. In the end, it was a really positive customer service experience.

I've been in the domain industry for over 20 years and just came across this company when I was trying to sell a domain. Gotta say, their customer service, especially Matt, really impressed me and gave me some valuable advice. Even though I saw some negative reviews, my first impression of this company is actually really good considering all the domain agencies I've dealt with over the years.
