    Esca connectivity and vibration issues

    I just got the Esca and it's been a real pain with all the connectivity issues and constant vibrations. I tried everything, logging off and on, clearing cookies, you name it, but nothing worked. So, I ended up buying a different product from a different company because no one could help me figure out the problem.

    Cancellation request delay

    I had a really annoying situation happen when I tried to cancel an online order on the weekend. Even though I asked to cancel it way before the workweek started, the company said they couldn't do it in time. So, I ended up getting charged a $25 fee that could have been avoided if they had better customer service. I was pretty let down and inconvenienced by their lack of help and slow response.

    Refund issue

    I had a really bad experience with this company when I tried to return something for a refund. At first, I tried reaching out through their website but got no reply. I had to end up emailing them directly, which was a pain. When I finally got a hold of someone, they said they couldn't take the item back because it had been opened, which I thought was a questionable rule. On top of that, they wanted me to pay for shipping and cleaning, which didn't seem fair. And to make things even worse, they said they never got the item back, making me even more frustrated. In the end, I had to get my money back through PayPal because the company didn't seem willing to help. I would warn others to stay away from this company because their return process is terrible and their customer service is lacking.

After a few back-and-forth emails trying to find it, I decided to reach out to customer service. Even though the mix-up happened, the Kiiroo team was super helpful and quick. They just needed my order number to send me a new package, and it was at my door the next day. I was really impressed by how efficiently they dealt with everything and I'm grateful for their fast and friendly customer service.

    Onyx + - Disappointing

    I thought the Onyx + would be great for me because I'm pretty average in size, but man, what a disappointment. Wife and I played around with different sleeves, but nothing, just vibrations. Total waste of money, eh!

    Refund delay issue

    I just wanted to share that my experience with the customer service team at this company wasn't great. I sent back my product as they asked more than 2 weeks ago, and they said I'd get my money back in 3-5 business days. But it took longer than that and I still hadn't seen the refund. I tried to reach out to customer support several times, but didn't hear anything back. It was really frustrating not knowing what was going on with my refund. Eventually, after a few reminders, they did process my refund, but the lack of communication and delay definitely bugged me.

    Delayed Order, Lack of Communication

    I recently bought something from this company and it has been really frustrating. I ordered an item that was supposed to be in stock but after a week of not hearing anything about my order, I decided to email them twice. It's been more than 5 days now and I still haven't heard back from them. It's really disappointing to not only not get the item I paid for but also not receive any communication or explanation for the delay. At this point, I can only guess that the company might have closed down, which would make sense with the lack of response and shipment. It's not right for a company to operate like this and keep customers in the dark about their orders.

    Oh man, what a letdown! I was expecting something super high-tech and cool, but all I got was a total disappointment. The video sync is all wonky, and don't even get me started on the manual mode - it's a total mess. Basically, this thing is just an expensive paperweight. It's way too small and the movements are all over the place. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this disaster of a product.

    Interactive device for solo play

    The interactive device I bought has been a great addition to my collection of playthings. The ability to customize the stroke and speed gives it a really nice touch, and the interactive features are really impressive. But I've noticed that sometimes it can be a bit noisy, so I'm thinking it might need a bit of maintenance inside. Also, the way it links to other websites, even the ones mentioned on the packaging, seems a little strange. Despite these small issues, the online experience is still fun, and I'm excited to delve deeper into the digital interactivity for solo play.

    I'm really upset with the product I bought from this company. I placed my order 15 days ago and was told it would arrive in 10 days, but it still hasn't been sent out. I'm frustrated with the lack of communication and updates from them. I've sent several emails asking about my order, but either got no reply or just generic messages that don't help. It's even worse that there's no phone number to call for help. Because of this bad experience, I wouldn't suggest using this company.

    So, I bought this toy from another company, eh. Had some technical issues with it, ya know? So I decided to reach out to the company for help, and lemme tell ya, their support team was top-notch, eh. They quickly identified the problem, advised me to contact the supplier for a replacement, and even contacted the supplier on my behalf to speed things up. In just an hour, got confirmation that a new one was on its way, beauty! The support staff really went the extra mile, and now I'm a happy, loyal customer, eh.

    Unsatisfactory Purchase

    I was really disappointed with the product I bought. The size they recommended was way off, so the item was basically useless. It felt like a waste of money, I might as well have used a Pringles can instead. When I contacted customer support to complain, they weren't helpful at all. They wouldn't give me a refund, and just tried to sell me more stuff instead. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card to hopefully get my money back. I suggest avoiding this company, they don't back up their products or their ads.

    Recent order experience

    I made a purchase from this company not too long ago, but I still haven't received my order. The tracking info they gave me was wrong for one order, and the other order hasn't even been sent out yet, with no updates in a week. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but they say it might take 5-7 working days for a response. That's just not okay. I feel like I threw away $300 on this order. If I don't hear from a real person soon, I'll have to ask my credit card company for a chargeback.

    Expensive interactive pleasure product

    The ordering process went pretty smoothly until there was a problem with the shipping address being wrong. I tried to fix it by giving all the right info, but all I got back was an automated reply at first. But when I reached out again, finally a real person got back to me and helped fix things. It was annoying that it took so long to hear back, but at least the problem got sorted in the end. The product is actually really good quality and does what it says, giving a cool and fun experience.
