I just bought some ink cartridges from this company and I gotta say, I was really disappointed with how it all went down. Ordering was fine, but the delivery was a total mess. The package got delayed for weeks because of their mistake, which was a huge pain for me. I tried contacting customer service, but they didn't even try to fix things or send me a new package. Dealing with such lousy service, especially when I needed those cartridges right away, was super frustrating.

I'm really upset with the product I bought from this company. I placed my order 15 days ago and was told it would arrive in 10 days, but it still hasn't been sent out. I'm frustrated with the lack of communication and updates from them. I've sent several emails asking about my order, but either got no reply or just generic messages that don't help. It's even worse that there's no phone number to call for help. Because of this bad experience, I wouldn't suggest using this company.

Bought an item online using a third-party payment platform
I bought something online and used a payment site. I then took it back to the store, but they and the payment platform didn't update my return properly. So now I'm stuck dealing with both of them trying to get my money back. Their customer service hasn't been much help, just following a script. I'd suggest steering clear of these companies if you don't want to deal with this headache of paying for stuff you've returned.

Online shopping experience
Why can't you all get your sizes right? Seriously, how hard is it to stick to standard sizes? I've bought tons of stuff from DC, especially shirts, and every time the sizing is all over the place. Some medium shirts are way too long, some are too short, some fit just right, and some don't fit at all. It's like a gamble with clothes every time I order from your website. And don't even get me started on the flip flops I got recently - a whole size smaller than the label said. It's so frustrating to spend my money on stuff that doesn't even fit properly. Come on, DC, figure it out!
