    Two pairs of shoes

    Just ordered two pairs of shoes online, but unfortunately they were too small even though I got my usual size. Ended up having to pay £13 to return them. When I tried reaching out to customer service about it, they weren't very helpful. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I won't be shopping from this company again.

    To be honest, the processing time for my online order was really slow, eh. It took more than a week and there wasn't any progress at all. The customer service was nice and all, but they weren't much help in speeding up my order, you know. I've dealt with other companies that offer the same stuff, and they were way quicker and paid more attention. I don't know what's up with this company, but waiting so long for a basic order is pretty frustrating, eh. Their website did mention delays, but the wait was way too long in my opinion, eh.

    I gotta tell ya, dealing with this company was really not great. The discount code they gave me for signing up turned out to be a total scam - it was taken off my order, only to be sneaky added back on right before I confirmed my purchase. What a sneaky move! I tried to reach out to them on messenger, but got no reply. When I emailed them, I just got an error message telling me to try again. This lack of customer care is just terrible. They are just a waste of time. Luckily, I was able to avoid a bad experience. There are plenty of other companies out there who actually care about their customers and provide good service.

    Pink hoodie

    I bought this super cute pink hoodie from the store and it was so comfy, but when I washed it once, the color started fading and it shrunk a ton. I contacted the store because I was like hey, this is not right! But they basically said nah, not our issue, it's normal for the color to fade and the hoodie to shrink. But honestly, it's not normal for that to happen after just one wash, is it? I am so disappointed with their rude customer service, I'm never coming back to shop here again!

    Winter boots plastic piece error design

    My winter boots are almost three years old now and I'm so bummed that one of the plastic pieces broke on the fifth day of using them! I only wear them when my other boots are wet or it's freezing outside. I got them from a store in Oldenburg (Germany) where the staff was kind, but they didn't offer any help when the piece broke. The rest of the boots still look awesome. I've got pictures to show! But now, the left boot is also starting to go, not in the same spot but at the seam where the orange plastic piece is sewn.

    Eh, listen up. This is honestly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I sent back my order in March and still haven't heard a peep about my $150 refund. It's beyond frustrating, eh? Especially 'cause I've got more stuff to return worth the same amount. And when I try to holler at customer service, all I get are those automated emails full of lame excuses, talkin' 'bout Brexit and whatnot.     I recently bought a pair of winter boots online and man, oh man, was I ever let down by the sizing. I ordered my regular size, but the boots ended up being way too small. I decided to reach out to customer service for some help, but they were completely useless. And to top it all off, the return policy was a total joke. They didn't even give me return postage, so I ended up having to fork out a ton of cash to send the boots back or drop them off at a store. The cherry on top? There aren't any stores nearby, which just made the whole return process way more of a hassle. It's pretty obvious that this company needs to seriously revamp their eCommerce return game if they want to stand a chance against Amazon.

The shipping company said the package got lost and blamed DC, but they haven't done a thing to help.     I recently bought a pair of skate shoes from this online store and I have to say, my experience was pretty disappointing. First off, the ordering process was a headache because the website was so difficult to use and I had a hard time finding what I wanted. On top of that, the customer service was basically non-existent. I tried reaching out through live chat but got no response from anyone. It's been a week now and my order is still just sitting there in the 'being processed' stage, which is not a good sign. After hearing about other people having similar bad experiences, I'm worried I'll be waiting forever to get my shoes. I was really excited when I made the order, but now I'm regretting it. Their jackets kept me cozy and dry while I shredded the slopes, blocking out the wind and snow. And even in the summer, I was still repping DC with their cool kicks that everyone was wearing. I wasn't much of a skater, but my skate friends couldn't get enough of their DC shoes.

    Why can't you all get your sizes right? Seriously, how hard is it to stick to standard sizes? I've bought tons of stuff from DC, especially shirts, and every time the sizing is all over the place. Some medium shirts are way too long, some are too short, some fit just right, and some don't fit at all. It's like a gamble with clothes every time I order from your website. And don't even get me started on the flip flops I got recently - a whole size smaller than the label said. It's so frustrating to spend my money on stuff that doesn't even fit properly. Come on, DC, figure it out!

    Overpriced kids shoes

    I bought these fancy kids shoes, thinking they would hold up well, but within just 6 months, the velcro on them crapped out and they started falling apart. So I contacted customer service and all I got was a cookie-cutter response that didn't even really help me out. Now my son has to rotate between 3 other cheaper pairs of shoes that are still in way better shape.
