TrackingI bought a pair of shoes online not too long ago, eh, and it's been well over a month since I placed my order. Even though I got a confirmation that they were shipped out, they still haven't made their way to me. The tracking number from DPD that I was given doesn't even work when I try to look it up. I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, but all I got back was an automated message blaming Brexit for the delay. Now I'm stuck without my shoes and have to go through all the official hoops to get my money back. This whole thing has been really frustrating and disappointing, eh.
