CheckoutI recently bought a pair of skate shoes from this online store and I have to say, my experience was pretty disappointing. First off, the ordering process was a headache because the website was so difficult to use and I had a hard time finding what I wanted. On top of that, the customer service was basically non-existent. I tried reaching out through live chat but got no response from anyone. It's been a week now and my order is still just sitting there in the 'being processed' stage, which is not a good sign. After hearing about other people having similar bad experiences, I'm worried I'll be waiting forever to get my shoes. I was really excited when I made the order, but now I'm regretting it. I don't know if I'll shop at this store or any associated brands again after this lousy customer service.
