DC - Reviews and experiences

To be honest, the processing time for my online order was really slow, eh. It took more than a week and there wasn't any progress at all. The customer service was nice and all, but they weren't much help in speeding up my order, you know. I've dealt with other companies that offer the same stuff, and they were way quicker and paid more attention. I don't know what's up with this company, but waiting so long for a basic order is pretty frustrating, eh. Their website did mention delays, but the wait was way too long in my opinion, eh.

I made a mistake ordering shoes with rush shipping from this company, and it's been a total nightmare. I paid extra for two-day air shipping, thinking I'd get my order quickly. But it's been almost a week and my order hasn't even been processed. I haven't gotten any follow-up emails or updates about my purchase. This lack of communication and inefficiency is not okay, and I'm starting to wonder if this website is legit. It's frustrating and disappointing to see a big company like this being so disorganized and unreliable.

Eh, so normally I like hitting up the stores for my shopping, but I gotta say, my online shopping with DC Shoes was not bad, eh. Managed to snag all three pairs of shoes I needed, in the right sizes and colors for my fam, which was a load off my mind, let me tell ya. Went for the next-day delivery and ended up getting my package through UPS in three days, a bit longer than I thought but hey, still alright. All in all, happy with what I got, even though I had some doubts at first from checking out reviews online.

Total rip-off! I ordered something for $72.80 back on July 1, 2023 and it's been more than a month and still no sign of it. The shipping company said the package got lost and blamed DC, but they haven't done a thing to help. There's no customer service phone number, only a dumb online form with the same old boring replies. I even called their main office in California and got treated like garbage. This company is a joke, steer clear of them at all costs!

I ordered some really awesome shoes on the internet, eh, but guess what? When they finally showed up, they were nowhere to be found! Can you believe that? The shipping company told me they lost the package and said it's covered by insurance, but I still haven't received my shoes or a refund. What a ripoff, eh? I was just looking forward to getting some new shoes, and now I'm left with nothing.
