These shoes were super comfy and looked great at first, eh? But, man, they didn't last. After just three months of wearing them around, the heel on one shoe started falling apart real bad, eh? Inside and on the bottom, too. I thought they'd hold up better, especially for how much I paid. It's a real bummer that I have to toss them already, eh?

I bought this super cute pink hoodie from the store and it was so comfy, but when I washed it once, the color started fading and it shrunk a ton. I contacted the store because I was like hey, this is not right! But they basically said nah, not our issue, it's normal for the color to fade and the hoodie to shrink. But honestly, it's not normal for that to happen after just one wash, is it? I am so disappointed with their rude customer service, I'm never coming back to shop here again!

My winter boots are almost three years old now and I'm so bummed that one of the plastic pieces broke on the fifth day of using them! I only wear them when my other boots are wet or it's freezing outside. I got them from a store in Oldenburg (Germany) where the staff was kind, but they didn't offer any help when the piece broke. The rest of the boots still look awesome. I've got pictures to show! But now, the left boot is also starting to go, not in the same spot but at the seam where the orange plastic piece is sewn.

As a loyal customer of this brand for a while now, I gotta say I was super let down by the quality of the sneakers I bought. They came with obvious defects, and no matter how many times I tried to get in touch with customer service, I got zero help. It's just not cool for a company to act like they don't care about customer rights. I'm making sure my rights are respected, and I won't be buying anything from this brand again.

I recently bought a pair of running shoes from this company and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. The shoes were so uncomfortable and the materials were just not good at all - my feet were always sweaty and feeling gross. And to top it off, the customer service was just awful. I tried to cancel my order but they wouldn't let me, even though I had good reasons. And the price for these crappy shoes was way too high, felt like a total scam. I've been a customer for years, but after this terrible experience, I won't be coming back.

Jacket was supposed to be waterproof, but it got soaked in the rain. Wasn't too pleased with the refund they offered. And don't even get me started on the jeans and shoes - not only were they the wrong size, but the quality was super low too. Couldn't even manage to return them properly on their website. DC and Quiksilver really need to step up their game!

I was totally into snowboarding back in the day when I was younger, and DC was my top choice for all my snow gear. Their jackets kept me cozy and dry while I shredded the slopes, blocking out the wind and snow. And even in the summer, I was still repping DC with their cool kicks that everyone was wearing. I wasn't much of a skater, but my skate friends couldn't get enough of their DC shoes.

Why can't you all get your sizes right? Seriously, how hard is it to stick to standard sizes? I've bought tons of stuff from DC, especially shirts, and every time the sizing is all over the place. Some medium shirts are way too long, some are too short, some fit just right, and some don't fit at all. It's like a gamble with clothes every time I order from your website. And don't even get me started on the flip flops I got recently - a whole size smaller than the label said. It's so frustrating to spend my money on stuff that doesn't even fit properly. Come on, DC, figure it out!

I bought these fancy kids shoes, thinking they would hold up well, but within just 6 months, the velcro on them crapped out and they started falling apart. So I contacted customer service and all I got was a cookie-cutter response that didn't even really help me out. Now my son has to rotate between 3 other cheaper pairs of shoes that are still in way better shape.
