First off, I had no idea that UPS was gonna be the ones dropping off my package in the UK, and that ended up costing me an extra £50! That lack of transparency really rubbed me the wrong way. Also, I felt kinda betrayed by Naquisa for letting Garmentory deal with their stuff. I've been a faithful customer of Naquisa for ages, and I've never had issues like this in the past. If I were Naquisa, I'd definitely think twice about keeping Garmentory as a partner.

The stuff in the basket was really good quality and it looked amazing. I was also happy with the customer service when I had a question about my order. I got the Golden Eleanor articulating wall lamp from this company and it didn't go well. The switch on the lamp is way too sharp and I ended up cutting my finger trying to use it. The part under the switch is really thin and feels cheap, which makes it easy to hurt yourself when adjusting the light. Also, the tab used to move the arms of the lamp is rough and has sharp edges. The joints in the arms are super tight, so tight that the finish starts to come off when you try to move them. I paid $125 for this lamp and I'm really disappointed in the quality and how unsafe it is. I tried to return it, but they said no because it was already installed. They only offered me $10 back when I asked for 50%, which isn't fair at all considering how bad the product is.

The interactive device I bought has been a great addition to my collection of playthings. The ability to customize the stroke and speed gives it a really nice touch, and the interactive features are really impressive. But I've noticed that sometimes it can be a bit noisy, so I'm thinking it might need a bit of maintenance inside. Also, the way it links to other websites, even the ones mentioned on the packaging, seems a little strange. Despite these small issues, the online experience is still fun, and I'm excited to delve deeper into the digital interactivity for solo play.
