MA-770 speaker purchase
So, I bought these two MA-770 speakers back in 2021, eh. Cost me $1,199 each, you know? Anyway, fast forward just over two years, and one of them decides to call it quits on me. Pretty frustrating, eh?
So, I decided to reach out to the website for some repair services. They had mentioned before that they did out-of-warranty repairs for a fee. But after going back and forth with customer service, turns out they couldn't fix the speaker after all. They basically told me it was a mistake to even offer that service.
So now I'm stuck with this pricey paperweight that only worked for a short time. Just my luck, eh?Headphones
I recently bought a pair of headphones from this company and I gotta say, I was a bit unsure at the beginning because there were some security steps in place. They needed me to confirm my identity which made me feel a bit wary, but in the end, I realized it was for my own safety. Once I gave them the info they needed, they processed my order pretty fast. Though, I was a little let down when my order came through economy shipping instead of express priority like I picked. Still, the customer service was top-notch and really quick to respond, even with the time difference between Paris and New York. Overall, I was happy with my purchase.
High-end headphones
I bought these fancy headphones thinking they'd be great, but they crapped out on me real quick. So, I contacted customer service for help, but they were no help at all. They just wanted me to buy another pair at a tiny discount, which I thought was not cool at all.

My earbuds broke in less than 3 months and when I tried to reach Customer Service, I just couldn't get through to anyone. The quality is really bad and it seems like they know it because they won't even respond. I definitely won't suggest this product line, it's just not worth it. Save your money and grab some cheap earphones instead, they'll likely last longer.

I bought the MW08 wireless earbuds in Toronto to use while I'm running. The sound was good, but I thought the features were a bit lacking and the app that came with it was pretty basic.

I got these MW08 Sport earbuds from a store, but they only work in one ear and now they won't fix them or honor the warranty. It's like they don't even care about us customers or checking the quality of their products. What a rip-off, eh!
Overpriced headphones
Honestly, I'm so bummed I wasted a bunch of money on these headphones ‘cause they crapped out on me after just a few uses. The customer service I got was a total letdown. They told me the defect in my headphones, even though I babied them, couldn't be fixed, so now I gotta fork out more cash for a new set. This whole thing really soured me, and I'd tell others to really think it over before buying these headphones.
Quick and Frustrating Purchase
I messed up by not checking reviews before buying from this company. I got headphones for Christmas, but had to send one pair back in early January. Even though I showed them proof that it was delivered on January 3rd, I still haven't got my money back as of February 3rd. Customer service keeps blaming the warehouse being slow, but this whole thing has been super annoying. I'd suggest everyone stay far away from this company.

So, eh, the first time they broke, they sent me another pair. But then those ones broke too, eh! When I asked for a refund, they ghosted me and tried to give me a different color instead, eh. The battery life is so short, only an hour tops! Total rip-off, eh. Don't buy!!
Bluetooth headphones purchase
I recently got a pair of Bluetooth headphones from this company, and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with my purchase. The prices are way too high for what you actually get, and the warranty they promise is pretty much useless. I bought the headphones in August 2020, and by March 2021, the microphone stopped working. When I reached out to customer service, they told me it might be because I was using the headphones with an Android device, even though their products are apparently made for Apple devices. This info wasn't anywhere on their site, so I felt like they tricked me and didn't treat me right as a customer. Plus, they wouldn't honor the supposed 2-year warranty, so now I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work and a bad taste in my mouth.

These earbuds just aren't cutting it for me. They keep disconnecting and there's a lag when I'm trying to jam out to tunes. And don't even get me started on the noise cancelling – doesn't even work! The bass is basically non-existent. I tried to get a replacement, and all they offered was a used one instead of a brand new one. So stingy!
High-end earbuds
The whole "limited 2-year guarantee" thing is just a joke. These earphones only lasted about a year before they crapped out on me. And when I called customer service, they had the nerve to ask for the original receipt, like it's still the '90s or something. Just having the box with the serial numbers wasn't good enough for them. It's so annoying to drop over 300 euros on what's supposed to be a top-notch product, only for it to go kaput in less than a year. This brand's way of doing things is so old school and not cool in today's world market.

These headphones are just not worth the high price they're asking for. The customer service was so unprofessional, and don't even get me started on the lack of documentation for customs clearance - it's been a total headache. And let's not even talk about the sound quality! For the amount I paid, it better be top-notch. If it's not, I am definitely returning them, no doubt about it.

Just like what the review from the UK said, I had really high expectations for the wireless headphones I bought. But man, was I let down big time. They took my money and didn't even give me the goods, plus they were terrible at keeping in touch. Now I'm stuck here trying to get my cash back with no end in sight. It's really too bad that a product that was hyped up so much turned out to be a total bust. Be careful not to get roped in by all the hype and lies in ads.

When I asked customer support for help, they weren't very helpful. They kept telling me to do hard resets that didn't fix the problem.
