I just got a custom bobblehead from this company and I gotta say, I am super happy with how it turned out. The resemblance and attention to detail on the bobblehead are absolutely amazing, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Ordering was a breeze, and the customer service team was really helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. The price was fair for the quality I got. The delivery was fast and the bobblehead came in perfect shape. Overall, a fantastic experience and I definitely recommend them if you want a personalized bobblehead.

Online order experience
The online ordering experience was a total nightmare, eh? Right from the get-go, the estimated delivery date was way off, and I had to keep bugging them for updates. Finally, when I managed to get ahold of someone, they gave me the same old excuse about 'unprecedented demand.' Yeah, sure. And let me tell ya, don't even get me started on the address mix-up. Why make me use a glitchy address picker only to totally ignore it when it comes to shipping? When I pointed out the mistake, their response was pretty weak. I had to reach out to the carrier myself to try and fix the mess. If you have the choice to order from a different company that's quicker and more reliable, I'd definitely go for it, eh.

I just bought a pair of shoes from that store and I gotta say, I was not impressed at all. The shoes were not up to par in terms of quality, definitely not what I was expecting. And don't even get me started on the customer service - total lack of professionalism. When I tried to exchange the shoes, it was a hassle. They wouldn't do exchanges, only refunds, so I had to wait over 2 weeks to get my money back. Such a pain.

Bracelet purchase
My recent buyin' of a bracelet from ShopWorn was a real pleasure. The bracelet was just like they said on the website and was a real good deal for the quality I got. But what really blew me away was the amazin' customer service I got. The folks there knew their stuff, were real friendly, and went outta their way to make sure I was happy. It's rare to find a company that treasures their customers like ShopWorn does. I definitely suggest 'em for any purchase, no matter the size.

Four coffee mugs
I grabbed four awesome coffee mugs that had the absolute best designs, but the handle on one of them ended up falling off after just a few uses. I decided to contact the company for assistance, but they were super rude and not helpful at all. I attempted to glue the handle back on myself, but seriously, $25 for a mug and not even a simple apology? Not impressed, definitely not cool.
