    So, I bought a pair of shoes from this store the other day, and man, it was a total letdown. The quality was straight up terrible - my feet were hurting after just one day of wear. Not cool, especially for what I paid. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were pretty useless and didn't really care. They told me to send an email with all my complaints, but surprise, surprise, never got a response. It's a shame that they don't seem to care about their customers, it doesn't make the brand look good at all.

    I just bought something online from a store that said they were local, but turns out the stuff is coming from overseas. Pretty bummed since I made the choice to support local businesses on purpose. Makes me wonder if the store was being completely honest about how they work.     Elegant high heels

    I really liked how classy the high heels looked when I first bought them, but man, was I let down by the quality after wearing them for just a bit! They cost me a pretty penny, but the heel and sole were already showing some serious wear and tear. Made me wonder if they were gonna last. When I tried to return them to the store, they said they couldn't take 'em back since they had been worn, which I get, but it was frustrating considering how beat up they were after just one wear. I was so excited to own such a gorgeous pair of shoes, but the disappointment in their quality totally dimmed that initial thrill.

The tracking number they gave me didn't even work, and when I reached out to customer service, they couldn't sort it out. Eventually, I did get my package, but it wasn't the shoes I wanted - got sent a whole different product instead. Pretty disappointing, if you ask me.

    I used to love shopping here when they had stores all over the place. I still have a pair of boots from ages ago and they're so good! But lately, the quality has really gone downhill. The shoes are much smaller than they used to be and they just seem so cheap. I bought three pairs and had to send them all back. Sigh.

    Two different sizes

    I was so looking forward to getting these new shoes online, but it ended up being a big letdown. I got sent two different sizes in the order, and when I talked to customer service about it, they just brushed me off by saying it was a "Final Sale" and that my order was already "fulfilled". Dealing with their lack of accountability and refusal to fix the mix-up was really frustrating. I would have been totally okay with it if I ordered the wrong size, but it was obvious they weren't willing to make it right. This whole situation has me questioning whether I'll shop online from this brand again.

    Wide calf boots, return/exchange

    I just got these new boots that are like huge on me, eh. I had to send them back 'cause they didn't fit right, you know? So I phoned customer service, and they're all like, "Sorry, no online exchange for ya." I thought that was pretty lame, to be honest. They told me to just get a refund and buy the right size later. But when I tried doing that, they said the price was going to be way higher. What a total rip-off, eh! Now I'm stuck with no boots for my trip.

    I recently bought some shoes and then decided to return them for a refund. But let me tell you, I was really let down by the customer service I got. It took a whole 21 days for them to process the refund, and I couldn't even track it until all those days had gone by. That kind of lack of info and long wait time is just not cool for a company that's supposed to be reputable. I won't be giving them my business again, that's for sure.

    Defective $175 boots

    I bought some boots for $175 and they had a bunch of problems like defects and splitting material. I contacted customer service, but they didn't really care and weren't helpful at all. They only offered me a small 20% discount for my next purchase. I was not happy at all. I won't be shopping with them again because I don't trust their products or their customer service.

    Recent handbag purchase

    I've been a customer of this brand for a long time now and I've collected quite a few wallets and handbags from them over the years. But I gotta say, I was pretty let down by my last purchase of three handbags. The zippers weren't great quality and the material they used felt kinda cheap. To top it off, one of the bags had the seam unraveling, and that's just not cool for a brand like this. Hopefully they step up their game in quality control moving forward.

    I am so disappointed with the customer service I received. I bought a pair of shoes, but needed to exchange sizes. They told me I had to buy a new pair at full price, even though I got them on sale. This was not explained clearly on the return label, and I think it's unfair. It took me over a month to talk to someone, and on December 21st when I finally did, it was a terrible experience. The representative argued with me and was not polite at all, making it the worst customer service I've ever had.

    So I picked up these black patent leather pumps on sale at this store recently. They were my right size, but I noticed that the back didn't give enough support for my heel, causing my feet to slip out when I walked. Kind of disappointing quality, especially for the price I paid. I thought exchanging them for a smaller size might help, but no luck there. When I went to return the first pair, they wanted me to pay for shipping since they thought I just changed my mind. But really, it's just that the shoes aren't supporting my heel properly. So now I'm looking to get a refund for this whole unsatisfactory shopping experience.

    I'm so bummed about the online shopping experience I just had. The website said I'd get my order in 5-7 days, but it's been over 10 days and it hasn't even been sent out yet. I paid a whopping $11 for delivery, and now I wish I hadn't since it's taking so long. I tried reaching out to customer service by email, but no one has gotten back to me, which is just making me even more frustrated. I got the item as a gift for my mother-in-law, and now the lack of updates and slow delivery has got me feeling really disappointed and let down.     Damaged boots received

    Received a pair of boots and noticed there was fabric rolled up in the corner and a white mark on the heel. I contacted customer service about the problem, but it took 5 days of back-and-forth before they finally sent me a return packing slip. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to exchange the boots because of the store policy. I ended up having to repurchase them and ask for a price adjustment. It's frustrating that I could only get store credit for the damaged product.
