My fitness coaching session with Coach Ira Becks was amazing! I was feeling so stressed and not looking forward to the call, but I ended up feeling way better. Ira's positivity and empathy made me feel so encouraged and ready to go. I got drawn in by the whole commission-free trading thing, but let me tell you, using this platform in Canada has been a total nightmare. The Canadian stocks they offer are really not that great, and the conversion rates for trading USA stocks are so crazy high that I've been losing a ton of money. Trying to do day trading or swing trading on here is like trying to swim upstream with all these fees. And on top of that, even after paying for their monthly service, they hit you with even more charges. This platform is just plain greedy, and I can't wait to switch to a better option like IBKR.

They quickly offered to send me a new package for free, which was really nice. The fact that they were ready to fix the issue without charging more really impressed me and I'm thankful for their help.
