Scandinavia Small Group Tour
I recently booked a small group tour of Scandinavia with this company. The itinerary looked good, so my partner and I decided to book it six months in advance. But, just two months before the trip, we got an email saying the tour was cancelled because of operational issues and not enough people signed up. And then when we asked for compensation for the costs we had already paid, they rudely told us they didn't have to give us anything back. As a customer, it was really disappointing to see them not take any responsibility or care about our situation. So, we definitely won't be using this company again and will check out other options like Gate 1 for our next trips.

So, I was driving through the mountains, eh, when I got a flat tire, ya know? I called up for some emergency roadside assistance and can you believe it, they were super quick to help out. The tech showed up right away and was a real friendly guy. He did a great job changing the tire, eh, and was totally professional about it. The price was pretty fair, especially for the top-notch service I got. I gotta say, I was really impressed with how they handled everything. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone in need of emergency roadside assistance, no doubt about it.

Pink tops, poor quality
Oh my goodness, it was a total disaster! I ordered two pink tops and when they arrived, they were different colours with a poorly done print. And to make matters worse, when I tried to return them, my order wasn't updated correctly, which made the return process a nightmare. And the refund process? Don't even get me started on that - it's just been a never-ending cycle of emails and waiting. On top of that, I had to pay £10 for postage for delivery and return, and to add insult to injury, they don't even refund that. What a rip-off! This company seriously needs to be shut down as soon as possible.

I really love Twist Purple Number 1, but the store near me never has it in stock. And when they do, it's always old and not as good. So, I was a bit nervous about ordering online from a warmer place, but I took a chance and made two orders from ECigMafia. Down jacket purchase
I bought a down jacket and man, the quality was so bad. I thought maybe I just got unlucky with the first one, but nope, the second one had the same problems after only a few months. After I washed it like the care label said, a ton of down started coming out. And now, the fabric around the pockets is ripping at the seams. It's a real bummer.

Fake trees purchase
Hey, just a heads up about buying trees from this place - not worth it! I got two "silk" trees that ended up being plastic, with the metal pole supposed to be the trunk all chipped and brown paint peeling. I called right away to send them back (literally only had them for 15 minutes) and they said okay to taking them back, but wouldn't give me my shipping cost back. Their ads are totally misleading, so don't get fooled like I did!

I was so happy to receive my package without any problems. The delivery address was spot on, I got confirmation it was delivered right away, and they even sent me pictures of it after. Efficient car rental experience
Oh man, that was a smooth transaction! I was in and out of that place quicker than you could say "car rental." I am so disappointed with the customer service I received. I bought a pair of shoes, but needed to exchange sizes. They told me I had to buy a new pair at full price, even though I got them on sale. This was not explained clearly on the return label, and I think it's unfair. It took me over a month to talk to someone, and on December 21st when I finally did, it was a terrible experience. The representative argued with me and was not polite at all, making it the worst customer service I've ever had.

Universal studio tickets with meal vouchers
This was an awesome experience, eh! I bought my tickets for Universal Studios along with meal vouchers from this site and got them at a way better price than what the park charges in person.
