    expensive merino wool base layer

    I bought this really expensive merino wool base layer not long ago, and I was pretty let down by how it turned out. Even though this brand is known for their top-notch quality, the base layer ended up getting holes after only two times wearing it (and I didn't even wash it yet). And as I kept wearing it, more holes popped up in different spots, making it almost impossible to wear. Needless to say, I won't be buying from this brand again.

    My recent purchase from this store was an absolute disaster, eh? I shelled out a lot of money expecting top-notch stuff, but what I got was completely off, worth way less than what I paid. And to top it off, when I tried to reach out to them through different channels, I got nothing back, not a peep! It's so frustrating seeing my cash go out the window without even a nod from them, you know? I'd warn anyone thinking of buying from this place to just stay away and save themselves from the headache and letdown I went through.

    Down jacket purchase

    I bought a down jacket and man, the quality was so bad. I thought maybe I just got unlucky with the first one, but nope, the second one had the same problems after only a few months. After I washed it like the care label said, a ton of down started coming out. And now, the fabric around the pockets is ripping at the seams. It's a real bummer.

    Merino wool baselayer set

    I bought a Merino wool baselayer set from this company not too long ago and I was really impressed. The materials, fit, and colors were all on point and super comfy. But, in early April, I spotted a hole near the knee seam. I reached out to customer service right away, sent over some pics and let them know what was up. They got back to me the same day, offering me a refund or a new set. I went with the replacement and just got it today. Their service was top-notch and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

    I bought a pair of leggings from this store and man, they were a major letdown. Like seriously, on my first time wearing them, they tore at the seam and got holes all over the place. I reached out to customer service and they were like, "Just return them to the store," but that was tough for me since I'm in Scotland.     I'm really bummed out about my experience at that store. I bought a jacket thinking that their "free returns" offer would give me peace of mind just in case it didn't fit right. But, man, it's been a nightmare trying to return it! I've asked for a return label and RMA multiple times, but haven't had any luck getting the process started. The customer service replies I got just gave me a ticket number and some vague promise of a reply that seemed automated and not genuine. And when I tried to use their return portal, it just took me to a 404 error page, which only made me more frustrated and made me feel like I was tricked. Now I'm stuck with a jacket I can't wear, and I'd advise others to steer clear of that store to avoid going through the same mess.

    Rejecting a delivery and dealing with import charges

    My experience with ordering from Kari Traa was a total nightmare, eh. They use UPS for their delivery service, and let me tell you, trying to get a hold of them was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Even after I said no to the delivery multiple times in emails, in person, and through UPS, they just kept on trying to deliver it every single day until it finally ended up with my neighbor, eh. And to top it all off, Kari Traa forgot to mention a whopping 50% import charge of £89, which UPS is now trying to stick me with. Right now, I'm in the middle of trying to sort out this mess with both UPS and Kari Traa, so wish me luck, eh.

    Jacket zippers

    I bought three jackets from this store not too long ago, and man, was I ever let down by the quality. The zippers on all of them came off the jacket after barely using them, which is a total bummer. Plus, the zippers themselves are way smaller than ones on jackets from brands like Patagonia. It's pretty clear that these jackets are not up to par with what I was hoping for in terms of quality.

    Puffy pants purchase on Black Friday

    I recently bought a pair of puffy pants during the Black Friday sale and had some issues with the sizing. I accidentally ordered two pairs, so I returned one only to find out that the pants were too small, so I had to return the second pair as well. It was a hassle, but I decided to reorder the correct size at full price. However, it's been two months since I sent back the second pair and I still haven't received my refund. The company's lack of customer service and communication has been really frustrating. They keep saying it'll take "7-10 days" for the refund, but I still haven't got my money back. I'm disappointed and expected better from them.

    The ordering process was good when I bought something online recently. The website was clear about the sale conditions and returns policy. I could keep what I liked and send back what didn't fit. But, I did have some trouble with the site crashing because lots of people were using it during the holidays. Still, the customer service team fixed the problem for me. I like how the clothes fit me well since I'm petite, unlike other brands where the sizes don't work. I would definitely think about ordering from them again when I need to.

    I really love the tights I got from here. They fit so well, are super comfy, and the colors are just gorgeous. I definitely plan on buying more from this place. The material is really great quality and has stayed in good shape even after washing them a bunch of times. The customer service was really helpful when I wasn't sure about what size to get.     Just wanted to share my recent experience with online shopping. It was honestly not great. The tracking system was a mess - I got directed to a dead page and had no clue if my order was even on its way. Then, out of the blue, my package arrived without a heads up. Returning stuff was even worse. I couldn't reset my password and there was no way to indicate I wanted to send stuff back. The whole website was a hot mess, super disorganized and hard to get around. Definitely won't be recommending this site to anyone. Better off checking out Amazon or your local sportswear store for what you need!
