ServiceI bought a Merino wool baselayer set from this company not too long ago and I was really impressed. The materials, fit, and colors were all on point and super comfy. But, in early April, I spotted a hole near the knee seam. I reached out to customer service right away, sent over some pics and let them know what was up. They got back to me the same day, offering me a refund or a new set. I went with the replacement and just got it today. Their service was top-notch and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

ServiceI had a little problem with something I bought from this company, but it's all good now. We chatted back and forth, and they gave me my money back and threw in a cool long sleeve shirt as a nice touch. Huge shoutout to Pernille for helping me out with sorting this all out.
