OverallThe ordering process was good when I bought something online recently. The website was clear about the sale conditions and returns policy. I could keep what I liked and send back what didn't fit. But, I did have some trouble with the site crashing because lots of people were using it during the holidays. Still, the customer service team fixed the problem for me. I like how the clothes fit me well since I'm petite, unlike other brands where the sizes don't work. I would definitely think about ordering from them again when I need to.
