6’ palm purchase
I just bought a 6-foot palm from this company and I have to say, it was a huge letdown. The plant looks nothing like it did on the website - it honestly looks more like a tacky plastic knockoff than a real plant. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company if you're aiming for top-notch, lifelike botanicals to spruce up your space.
Geraniums
So I bought these beautiful geraniums from this place recently, eh? But I gotta say, my interaction with their customer service was not the greatest, eh. I was trying to find bedding flowers under 12 inches, but when I reached out for help, the person on the other end had no clue what I meant. I asked to talk to a supervisor who might know more about flowers, but even he couldn't help me without an SKU. Come on, seriously? Not the best pre-purchase support, eh.
Faux plant
I recently bought a fake plant from an online store, but my experience wasn't great. I tried to cancel my order soon after I placed it because I found a better deal elsewhere, but it was hard to get in touch with them and cancel. Even though I tried to stop the order, it ended up still being shipped, and I was told it was already on its way. To make things worse, it was delivered to my old address, where I hadn't lived for almost a year, even though I had updated my new address. The customer service was slow to respond and not very helpful, which was frustrating. The quality of the product wasn't that great either, some items looked cheap and not like they were advertised. In the end, I wouldn't recommend buying directly from this store and would suggest looking somewhere else for similar products.
Fake trees purchase
Hey, just a heads up about buying trees from this place - not worth it! I got two "silk" trees that ended up being plastic, with the metal pole supposed to be the trunk all chipped and brown paint peeling. I called right away to send them back (literally only had them for 15 minutes) and they said okay to taking them back, but wouldn't give me my shipping cost back. Their ads are totally misleading, so don't get fooled like I did!
3’ olive tree
I ordered a 3-foot olive tree but it was a disaster. I never got an email to confirm my order and they couldn't even find it. When the tree finally arrived, it looked nothing like the beautiful picture on their website. It was so thin, like Charlie Brown's tree! I reached out to them and they basically told me to magically make it look better by "fluffing it up". Then they expected me to send it back, which was a hassle, and I had to pay $8 for shipping. Not fair. They didn't even try to fix the situation. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere, folks.
Bonsai tree in ceramic vase
I bought a cute little bonsai tree in a pretty ceramic pot, but man, was I let down when it showed up not just once, but twice, in pieces! The first one was totally smashed when it got delivered, so I asked for another one and made sure to tell them to pack it up real nice this time. But lo and behold, the second bonsai showed up broken too! Seriously, these guys have no clue how to wrap up delicate stuff properly.
Large purchase of artificial plants
I recently splurged on some fake plants but ended up pretty disappointed. The first set of hanging baskets I got cost me over $500 and sadly faded super quick because they weren't meant for the outdoors. My bad for not checking that beforehand. Then, I spent over $600 on 6 hanging ferns, and they let me down too. The twine holding them up started coming apart on five out of the six ferns I bought. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they said I couldn't get a refund or replacements because it had been more than 30 days. They did give me back 25% of the cost, but it's still a bummer to see all that money go to waste on plants that fell apart in just 2 months. Now I'm not too keen on buying anything else from them.
Fake flowers
Oh my goodness, I picked up some fake flowers from this one spot and they were totally not worth it. The service there is like, practically non-existent. My parcel arrived super late and when it finally did show up, everything was all over the place. They went with FedEx and it was just chaos. I attempted to reach out by phone and email to make things right, but they were totally unhelpful. Such a waste of my time and money. I'm seriously going to have my bank take care of this mess. Ugh.
Bamboo artificial silk trees
I bought two bamboo artificial silk trees from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was seriously let down by the whole experience. After just four months, the trees started peeling and the bark was coming off, exposing that it was just painted on. I couldn't believe how low-quality their products were, especially since I had been happy with my previous orders from them. When I tried to bring up the issue with Nearly Natural, they were no help at all and wouldn't budge. It's pretty clear to me that they don't give a darn about their customers and are only focused on the bottom line. Their measly 30-day warranty says a lot about how little they believe in their own stuff too. If you're in the market for fake trees, I'd suggest giving Nearly Natural a hard pass and checking out other options that actually give you decent quality and service.
Sun-bleached palms
I bought some palms from this company and made sure to choose the ones with UV protection for where they're gonna be under the sun. But within just a few weeks, these palms turned this weird blueish color that isn't natural at all. What's the deal with claiming UV protection if it doesn't even do its job? I wrote a negative review on their site, but it never got posted, so now I'm thinking they only want to show off positive reviews. Also, I tried getting in touch with customer service, but got no response at all. This whole lack of honesty and responsibility is really disappointing, and now I don't trust this company at all. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
Artificial tree quality
I bought an artificial tree thinking it would stay green forever, but man was I mistaken! After a couple of years, the leaves started dropping like crazy. I thought I was getting something top-notch, but turns out I was dead wrong. I contacted customer service and they told me their plants only last 2-3 years, which was definitely not mentioned when I bought it. I feel like I got duped and I'm pretty bummed about the lack of lifespan in this fake tree.
Slow shipping and mediocre product
I messed up big time by not checking out the reviews before I ordered from this company. Just like a ton of others, I had a really bad experience with their customer service. Their phone number is pretty much useless because you have to wait forever on hold just to get sent to voicemail. I left a bunch of messages asking about my order, but never got a single response. They straight up ignored my emails too. I only gave them 2 stars because I did eventually get my item. But man, the shipping was crazy slow and the product was just alright for the price. I definitely won't be purchasing from them again. If they actually answered their phone or email, things would have been way better.
Fake looking plants
I gotta tell ya, I recently bought some fake plants from this place and boy, was it ever a letdown! I ordered some ferns and twigs in a basket, as well as tulips in a glass globe. When they arrived, I was so disappointed. They looked so fake and beat up, nothing like the pictures on the website. I've bought fake flowers and plants before and they were gorgeous, so I had high expectations for these ones. But man, they were just a disaster. And to top it off, each plant cost over $60, which is way too much for such lousy quality. I thought about returning them, but the idea of dealing with all that hassle just made me give up. Lesson learned, I won't be shopping here again. It seems like they only post five-star reviews, so watch out and stay away from this place!
Two large artificial poinsettias
I bought two big fake poinsettias from this shop not long ago. When they showed up, the first one was wrecked. I wanted to give them back because they weren't good quality and didn't look real. But I had a hard time figuring out the return rules and only got some of my money back. I tried contacting them by email a bunch of times, but never got a reply or my full refund. The customer service was disappointing, so I won't be buying from them again.
Bush with falling branches
I was really let down by my recent purchase of a plant from this company. It was my second time ordering from them, and like before, the branches kept falling off. I tried reaching out through email for help, but never heard back from them. Not being able to talk to an actual person on the phone was frustrating, and made me wish I hadn't given this company another shot.
Damaged tree delivery
I recently bought something from this company and honestly, it was a total letdown. The tree I ordered showed up all beat up, with the box practically smashed in half. UPS took the tree back, but get this – they marked it as delivered. I shot off an email right away to customer support, explaining everything in detail. But all I got back was a generic response that made it seem like they didn't even bother reading what I wrote. I've sent more emails but haven't heard a peep, which is super frustrating. I've had to go through my credit card company and UPS to try and sort this mess out. It's disappointing to say, but I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. Their lack of communication and support is seriously lacking.
Fake plants and trees
I ordered some fake plants and trees, but they sent me the wrong ones. I had to go all the way to the post office to return them. The customer service was so rude and not useful at all. It's been almost a month now and my order still isn't fixed. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from here - the plants look fake anyways.

I just bought some fake plants from here. They look decent once they arrive, but I was bummed out by the shoddy assembly and flimsy packaging. The customer service was awful, so I'll stick to getting stuff from Amazon from now on. Plus, it's cheaper there too.
Fall wreath purchase
Eh, so I ordered this fall wreath and boy was I let down! It was nothing like the picture online, just a few sad leaves slapped onto a twig background. And to top it off, it came in a flimsy cardboard box with no protection so it arrived all wrecked. I thought since I got it on sale it would be okay, but it wasn't even worth the discounted price. If you're thinking of ordering from them, I'd say don't bother based on my bad experience, eh.

I ordered a fake olive tree from this place and oh my goodness, it took forever for them to send it to me. When it finally arrived, I was so disappointed because it looked even more fake than they showed on their site. The olives were way too big and just ugly. I was so mad that I didn't even bother trying to return it. It looks okay from far away, but up close, it's definitely not worth the money. I even tried to leave a negative review on their site, but they didn't even post it! That's when you know a company is shady.
