Custom Lego set
I recently ordered a really cool custom Lego set that was shaped like a heart! It was awesome and I was super excited to build it. The only challenge was that some of the pieces were tricky to figure out since they were all the same colors and sizes. It would have been helpful to have a photo of what the finished product should look like. Despite that, I had a great time putting it together and I'm looking forward to showing it off in my room!

I bought a pump with the help of one of their staff, but it didn't work for my job. I've tried everything but it's no good. I've emailed them over 10 times and keep getting promises of replies within 3 days, but still nothing. What do I do next?

Sectional couch, dining room table, 10 dining room chairs
I recently got some new furniture – a big sectional couch, dining room table, and ten chairs for the dining room. But, to be honest, dealing with the company hasn't been great. The fancy 'performance' fabric we picked out ended up being really poor quality. My dog's muddy paws left stains on it just 2 days after we got it. Even though we got the warranty, they wouldn't clean it, saying it was just 'normal wear and tear'. After a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to have it cleaned professionally, but it just made the stains worse. The replacement couch they sent had cuts in the fabric from the box cutters. When we told them about it, they just ignored us. I'm so disappointed – the fabric isn't great, the warranty didn't help, and their customer service is seriously lacking.

Online course experience
My experience with this online course was really frustrating. The labs stopped working for me halfway through, and when I asked for help from customer support, they told me it was a problem on their end. The responses from the staff felt robotic and not very helpful, and they stopped responding altogether, so I didn't get my issues fixed.

Quick and efficient customer service
The customer service support was amazing, eh? I liked that they gave me the option for a callback instead of making me wait on hold. Lesego Montsepe was so patient, took their time, and really paid attention when we were talking. Even though my problem wasn't fixed entirely, I felt like they really tried to find solutions that would work.

Slow shipping and mediocre product
I messed up big time by not checking out the reviews before I ordered from this company. Just like a ton of others, I had a really bad experience with their customer service. Their phone number is pretty much useless because you have to wait forever on hold just to get sent to voicemail. I left a bunch of messages asking about my order, but never got a single response. They straight up ignored my emails too. I only gave them 2 stars because I did eventually get my item. But man, the shipping was crazy slow and the product was just alright for the price. I definitely won't be purchasing from them again. If they actually answered their phone or email, things would have been way better.
