Eh, this water bottle is just brutal, I tell ya. Right from the get-go, it's leakin' all over the place, and the darn cap won't even close right. I tried reachin' out to customer service to send it back, but they never pick up the phone or respond to emails. Dealing with a company like this is a real headache, I'm tellin' ya. My advice to others would be to stay away from this product, for sure.

I bought a pump with the help of one of their staff, but it didn't work for my job. I've tried everything but it's no good. I've emailed them over 10 times and keep getting promises of replies within 3 days, but still nothing. What do I do next?

I was pretty let down by the customer service from this company, you know? The delivery was alright, it came fairly fast. But when I had to return something, man, it was a pain. I just bought some awesome clothes online and they arrived really quickly! I got a bunch of t-shirts, shorts, and sandals (gotta stay stylish, right?). They were shipped out super fast and arrived in perfect condition. Just remember to check your sizes carefully because US sizes can be different from UK sizes. Luckily, everything I ordered fit perfectly so I didn't have to return anything, but I'm sure their customer support is great too. I would definitely order from them again, no question about it!

I'm really not happy with the two pullovers I bought in size M. They were way too big when I got them, more like size XXL. And on top of that, as a Canadian customer, I was bummed to find out I have to pay $18 CAD to send them back. I think the company should make sure their size info is accurate so this doesn't happen to other customers.
